This is great -- What if I have several devices I want to power in this way, what's the best way to run all of them to a central power source, or daisy chain them somehow?

I do this with my porch pumpkins. I just made a pigtail with 4 JST connectors coming out of one power supply, then I cut random length wires with the other JST connector from the pumpkins to the connectors. The pumpkins are on my porch, so I did not need to use the waterproof connectors. You can do the same thing but with waterproof connectors instead.
