I feel I show high value in all my actions, texts, talks, etc with guys. I find that they are always looking for the next one. Is it just me? They seem to be so distracted, worried they will miss out on something better? I just haven’t met the right one I guess? I sometimes can’t help but feel inadequate even tho I work on my inner self all the time, great job and personal life. I get compliments from so many on how great I look. I feel great too. Best I’ve felt and looked in years. I am humble and blessed with where I am in life. Why can’t I find the guy that sees the real me and values me? So disheartening in the dating scene. Been dating for over 2 years and I’m trying not to be jaded but it is soooo hard Helena. Thank you for all your positive influences. You always hit right at home and keep me staying positive. I can relate, as can many of my HV friends. We seem to have it together or if not working towards being the best version of ourselves. The men I meet seem to be floundering and looking for the next shiny toy to distract them. It’s like they are looking for instant gratification or the high one gets in a new relationship. Once the dust settles, they check out. Just keep being awesome ladies and our time and partner is sure to surface. Cheers to 2021 for all of us! 🤸🎉🤸🤗

We ladies tend to give too much in a relationship and end up being taken for granted. I loved that you said to put the focus and energy back to ourselves. I did this too recently. And the moment I brought my attention towards my internal self, I realised that I was so scared of losing my boyfriend that my life started revolving around him. And the only way I can stop all this is to become a kind of person who cannot be taken for granted. Not even for a single day! And this mindset will naturally let you pull away from a man and be in your feminine energy, rather than playing mind games with him. I wish happiness to all the ladies out there! 🎉❤ 3:20

I love that you validate masculine energy in a woman. We have both elements in ourselves. I think I was hesitant to pair up because I was scared of losing what my masculine energy could create for me. I mean, women can do anything including become president 💯 I like how you make it clear that we can use that masculine energy to take care of our feminine side and refocus on ourselves. So many femininity channels advise women to be damsels in distress. But when you consider a woman like, for example J Lo, it’s clears she’s used her masculine energy to be a success on many levels without losing her femininity.

Hi Helena. Thank you so much for all your very helpful content. Over the past months I have been trying to disengage from a relationship with a man that I loved (and still love...) deeply, but who doesn't really accept me how I am and has caused a lot of harm to my self-esteem and feeling of worth. I have, in the meantime, met a truly wonderful man, who treats me in the best way I could imagine. I see how lucky I am and I really want to value him and feel free to invest in this relationship, but I find myself still thinking about my ex and our relationship all the time and "secretely" wishing that things could work out between us. I feel like Im constantly fighting with myself because on one side there is the me that is conscious about the fact that the man I'm seeing now is a blessing and I should take it and on the other side there is the me that still longs for my ex, despite knowing that he has done me much harm and does not really understand/value me the way I am. I dream about my ex all the time, sometimes the memories hit me so strongly, it's really painful and exhausting. Can you give me any advice on what I can do to really free myself from my ex and find the space inside of me to love and value the new man I"m seeing?

Thank you for the suggestion Helena! I'll read it carefully. I look forward to seeing a video on this from you:). I recently had a session with my therapist who told me that, due to my family history, somehow I (subconsciously) feel more comfortable loving someone who is not fully there for me and keeps me in a "waiting" position than loving someone who is already fully there. That it feels more familiar to love some who is constantly absent than someone who is constantly present, even if the absence hurts me, because it's what I (subconsciuously) identify with true love. It makes a lot of sense, but it's very tough to see how conditioned I am in my feelings of love by these deep underlying patterns that come from my relationship with my two absent and sick parents. Just wanted to share this with you, maybe it can help for the video:).

And, I do know in a lot of ways I would be an asset to a man... that knowing can be obscured in this world and with my internalized parental messages. Because of reading "The Aquarian Conspiracy" by Marilyn Ferguson, about facilitating our brain to evolve to a higher level and what brings about paradigm/worldview shifts, I do needlepoint, practice meditation, took up sailing which resulted in me getting my own 14' sailboat and become certified to skipper a 32' sailboat with crew on Lake Superior...life changed so I am not sailing currently...sing Karaoke, and started going to the 12-step meetings of Alanon and Adult Children of Alcoholics to recover from dependency learned in my childhood. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. 😉

Hello Helena . Can you please give me an advice about what to do if he loses interest and attraction in me , he is now distant, take me for granted, and then he stopped to texting me and don’t want to talk or see me like before , he stop chasing me or to make efforts , he doesn’t care about me , he ignores me , we don’t talk for days and weeks and it seems to be ok for him , and he never text me first . When I text him first , he is very cold , reply in one or two words and he don’t ask nothing about myself , he said everything is ok between us , I am a ok girl and he is just busy with work , and then he stop replying my text . He is online but he ignores me and I am sure he talk with other women . I found out on his profile he give hearts of a women pics , but he never give me this at my pics and we are together for 6 months, he give me just likes at my pics, , and he is talking with other women and I guess he is behave like this with me because he begin to fall in love with another women , and he doesn’t find me now attractive and a interesting , just a boring women with feelings for him . I guess he doesn’t have feelings anymore and he want to dump me because I can feel this in his actions . I really love him and I am scared to lose him because of his behavior for me and I don’t know what to do anymore to bring him back to me . I want everything to be like before between us .I stop chasing him , to text him first , I don’t show him interest and I am cold and distant and I behave like him , I give him space but nothing happens, he doesn’t do nothing to chase me or being interested again , he doesn’t realized I am not behave like before , or he doesn’t care I am not around , anymore. Thank you , if you will answer me!

But if I am being high value and notice a change in behaviour and it starts to get me bored, should I not point that out even though it's "masculine energy "? It's about to be the 3rd day I noticed a change in someone I thought was different and I just feel less effort from them. I was planning to wait a week to bring to let him bring that up or if not then I would bring it up.. I get that I should use my masculine energy for my favorite distractions but I'm also just harboring these feeling of anxiety and being mad towards him as well and just want an answer if I should start talking to someone new. Mind you hes the one who wants a relationship and initiated everything with me. He had me meet his mom so I'm just confused and want to be liberated with the truth.

@@HelenaHartCoaching you're so sweet! Thank you. I patiently told him how I honestly felt when he asked if I was ok (I was mostly ignoring him) and surprisingly enough.. (to summarize things) he admitted he was pushing me away a bit bc he wants to make sure hes with the right person since people in general can choose to hurt the other person whenever they want and he knows how hard he can fall 😳 I included how I was feeling the past couple of days prior to that and he was really sorry and has put in the work with me to put the fire back in this relationship we are creating and it's so amazing, he's very sweet Helena. Hes so patient and backs up his words with actions in even the smallest gestures and ended up meeting my mom on xmas lol.. totally did not expect that from past experiences and what's best is I believe in him.

I would educate yourself as much as possible on emotions, relationships, and psychology, and ask him to learn about it all with you. Everything on the table. You're not alone in this and you don't deserve to feel like you are. You take it one step at a time and don't just sit back down because you see something you don't like. You move forward towards what YOU want one way or the other. Again, one step at a time, even if you feel embarrassed at first. All the power to you!

What’s constant pulling away? This is the first time he pulls away, he tried to tell me and tried to explain why but I panicked. I now understand what went wrong, me being very low value for no reason except my past experiences. I’m now being patient and let him figure things out on his own. I see him at work twice a week and we flirt and talk and laugh. I’m not pushing or asking questions and try to be the best version of myself. No contact is not possible because we work together. Every day I read and learn more and more about myself and men. He’s just sitting at home doing nothing. Is there really a period men have to reload there testosteron leven after a period of intense being together? He doesn’t want his stuff back and said he wanted to do something fun but he’s still insecure at the moment 💔

What if u know or think there isn't a right man for u after the one u met & fell in love with had everything u were looking for except his behavior was emotionally unavailable cause of his childhood wounds & adult traumas. Many of us have have that in some way or another..

In my opinion, if you believe there’s not a right man for you out there, you won’t be able to attract him. From what I’ve experienced and seen in SO many women, you have to shift that belief first before you’ll start seeing results on the “outside.” I used to only be attracted to emotionally unavailable men - but once I made some shifts on the inside, that’s when my amazing husband showed up! 💞

I've been taking care of myself and making positive changes in my life and trying to focus on me and my own wellbeing for the first time ever in my life, but I'm still in love with the man who broke up with me a few weeks ago. I am trying to not contact him and let him come to me, but I feel I need to accept he might not be the right man and that there may be others out there who are better suited. I am struggling to do that. I am not giving the right energy when I do speak to him because I'm so heartbroken. Long distance so I can't see him in person. That's probably for the best, but it doesn't feel that way.
