Excess uric acid is produced by ingesting excess fructose (sugar, sweet fruits, honey) , not (NOT) by eating meat.

Meat and dairy are the biggest contributors uric acid! And gout Especially red meat!!!!!

Fish is animal protein and a major cause of inflammation. Soy is ok if fermented unfermented is just as bad as milk protein! While you have some good advice. You have some terrible advice!
