Tasteless meat mush bursting from the seams? Sickly gray monstrosities? Better be careful the next time you boil hot dogs.

@@hellhound1389 My exclusive choice is Hebrew National. There are things very foolish people do to food out of sheer ignorance. You don't put mustard and mayonnaise on an Italian sub. You don't put pineapple, broccoli and the kitchen sink on pizza, even what passes for pizza in most places outside the New York City metro and Chicago areas. And you don't put ketchup and most other things people do on hot dogs. Deli mustard, sauerkraut, that's it. In Philadelphia it's mustard and onions.

@@markfischer3626 on my dogs, burger, and pork tenderloin sandwich I go German style (mustard, onions, pickles/relish). I put marinara and oil'n'vinegar on my Italian sub. But where I differ is pineapple on pizza. It has to be pineapple packed in juice not syrup (it leaves a horrible after taste that turns people off), I get the combination of pepperoni, pineapple, and black olives plus sometimes jalapeno. It's a mind blowing combo

@@hellhound1389 IMO NYC Italian restaurant pizza and non chain affiliate small business pizzerias make my favorite pizzas. They need nothing added except a little salt, some garlic powder, and somepepper flakes. The only topping for me which is optional is pepperoni. To each his own I suppose. Funny how passionate people can get over this.

*Or just not put them in boiling water* . Rather, 1/4 inch of water in sauce pan, with 1st round of hot dogs, cover - yes cover - and bring to steaming, adjust heat to maintain steam-state, ready when dogs are steamy and tender ... renew hot dogs into process as required for full consumptive rounds.

@@hellhound1389 they don't do that method because if you put them in the hot pan straight from the freezer then the meat insides will not be cooked the same time as the outside skin because the insides are still frozen (the meat still retains water) and therefore the slowest to get cooked.
