That is what ribs should look like. Seriously open a bbq in Wears Valley. Boss Hoggs has got some good reviews but I don't see it. Have Been there several times. If you have been there I would like your opinion. Bring us the BBQ 😋

Thank you. I was proud of this cook. Boss Hogg isn't for me. We did a review there but lost all audio so we couldn't release it. It's too dry with a dirty smoke taste. Preachers bbq is excellent!

Great ribs for sure, but winning decent sized sanctioned competitions (KCBS or other sanctioning body) is a whole another thing. To me these look like good backyard ribs.

Being a restaurant first, we could care less about judges' awards, although we have them. People's choice is always our first goal. The things that go into a judge's plate would never be used in a restaurant. And if it is then you aren't that busy.(not YOU personally) Appreciate you commenting. We're not here to pick fights over BBQ.
