The 3.6L Pentastar is a great engine! I love my 2012 Wrangler, it's just a little expensive to work on. You need $50 worth of intake gaskets to replace the spark plugs, because the driver's side bank is hidden under the intake. The automatic transmission in my 2012 was outsourced to Mercedes (I don't know if they still do), very smooth shifts and the tap shift is great! I daily drive mine and it's worth every penny!

200,000 miles on my 2012 Chrysler T/C van which was a good vehicle. I had the lifetime warranty and probably had $8,000-9,000 in repairs on warranty. Chrysler sold the warranty to a 3rd party and it was getting harder to get repairs approved. They would say “ that’s normal wear, can’t repair it twice under warranty”. I switched dealers and that helped some with the warranty issues. That was a great program while it lasted.

This!! My 2012 heads were warped at 300miles they replaced one of them. The water pump went out right after. The heater core was full of casting sad. Radiator went out. Three gears went out and they replaced those. And now 80k miles it’s knocking like crazy again.
@Salvation4DJews2 жыл бұрын
What kind of Kmart special axle seals are they putting on these rolling piles of junk? How about buying a car that doesn't need a damn warranty? I bought a Silverado in 2003. I drove that thing hard enough to wear out several F-150's and Dodge Rams. In my old age I am slightly ashamed at how badly I treated that truck. Yet, it's been only tires, brakes, oil, oil pressure sensor at 150,000 miles and the rear axle seals at 160,000 miles. That's it. Seeing as how QC has fallen off a cliff, I guess I'll be driving my Silverado until I cross over the Jordan.

Am I the only one that is still running around with a 2003 Jeep Liberty with a V6 engine and 250k miles on it? What do you think of these 03 Liberties, Scotty?

If I had to choose between a new Land Rover Range Rover or the new Jeep Grand Wagoneer, I would go for the Jeep without hesitation.

Had a deer accident with my car last night. A chevy cruze and I hope to get a new 2022 or 2023 jeep wrangler sport asap. I have 3 people to carry including myself. You think 2016 is the last year to consider one? I will buy this week probably.

Scotty Here's the question If all manufacturers actually built their cars well, how much would it really cost!? You wouldn't puss people off, you'd have a good name and happy customers!

I don't know why Toyota won't sell a modern day 4 door FJ40. Very few people were buying the $100,000 Landcruisers. But sell a super stripped Landcruiser with a DIESEL for 4Runner money... heck I'd buy one.

Many believe a 'lifetime warranty' lasts as long as they own their new car. Actually, it is only until the owner sells or loses the dealership.

I have 97 wrangler 4.0 5 speed with 297,000 miles and it gets right at 20mpg on the high way and that’s not driving Ms daisy Drivin even though it’s always drivin Ms daisy drivin.. It has original everything and I would hop in it now and take it from Va to Cali worry free
