Thank you. I will be honest, I have no experience with conestogas at all. A little bit with regular flatbeds, but the most experience that I have is with dry vans and reefers.

Set up ti je mrak. Ne znam koju mašinu imaš sada, ovo je malo stariji video. Znači kidaš ga sa videima. Ništa fensi, klasika, realnost, prosto za shvatiti. Ovaj tvoj kanal je pretnja za kurseve, čak možda i za tvoj, jedino ako nudiš "keep in touch" za ljude koji ga završe. Svaka čast, jedna prava priča putanje čoveka koji se bavi trucking-om, od samog driver-a, pa preko svog kamiona, kompanije, pa onda i dispeching-a, a mislim da si reko negde da si probao i spediciju pa da sve upakujes, i sav kajmak za sebe. To je pravi model poslovanja, ali mislim, da je to samo i isključivo samo moguce u USA. Čak i u EU teško da to postigneš a kamoli na Balkanu, to zaboravi. Ovde mora da ubijaš radnike da bi ti nešto ostalo, a pritom ima da te mrze svi koji te znaju. Ma ludilo. Amerika ti ko neka igrica, učiš skills, lvl-uješ ih, jedna drugu pomažu, i krajnji proizvod ide na market za vrh rate. Eto i ja volim da pričam, sorry. Samo napred.

hvala druze na super komentaru. Da, ovdje su ipak drugacije mogucnosti i drzava zeli da uspijes i to i jeste snaga jedne drzave a to su kompanije sa 1-5 radnika. To vlade na Balkanu nece nazalast nikad shvatiti.

For us new dispatcher that dont driver can u make a video on how to located hills mount stuff like that so I dont send driver to route 40 and calling me all scary lol one of my driver told me he was about to die so I dont want that lol

Love the Channel as I can relate to most of these problems/work conditions on a daily basis. I've been working as a dispatcher for a trucking company out in the midwest for a little under 3 months now, but the work vs pay for what they expect us to do is good/bad in a sense. How would you advise if someone like me with approx. 3 months of dispatch experience, who is new to the trucking industry as well, should go about transitioning into an independent dispatcher, I like working from home and dispatching in general, but would like more time to work on it myself without needing to make someone else higher up $$$, my original plan was try to work with the company i'm with for approx 1 year to gain some more experience/deal with different problems, but am slowly beginning to want to transition into starting my own dispatching service, work from home, have my own drivers etc... Any advise is appreciated, once again, love the channel and the videos, even working as a dispatcher I'm learning more through this channel and can relate to you on a personal basis. THANK YOU! How do you keep up with the market prices for dry vans?... Or how do u know the rate that you should ask for from the broker? And by the way love your videos

Believe it or not, I rarely check the market rates. Brokers will use it to their advantage when the markets are low, but they try to not honor them when the markets are high. Usually at the beginning of the week, once you call a few loads or when you see posted rates, you get a feel of the markets and you always ask for 10-20% more.

That's what I'm having problems with. Another thing do I need to register my business name immediately or just file for sole proprietor? Dba sorry for the long question

Hello, I highly advise to open up a company, something like an LLC to protect your private assets. In my opinion it's best to start cold calling. I will answer this question further in my next Q&A video

Oh DAT upping their prices to 170 for DAT power I only found out because i called customer service about a issue he told me they sent a email out notifying everyone but i never got one...

It really depends on the season and the area. I would shoot for an overall average of $3-$4 per mile.

If you mean that you will be driving company's truck and they will be charging YOU for fuel, then I would run away from company like that as far as I can. I know there are companies out there who do this, but this is by no means "normal." Good luck!

I would say DAT, but try to build strong relationships with brokers, so that you get the best rates
