Isn’t Norvell supposed to an offensive minded coach? If the OL coach isn’t coaching properly wouldn’t Mike Norvell notice these shortcomings and correct the situation himself? Or, if Ron Dugans didn’t teach the receivers proper technique he would have stepped in and corrected the situation?

It’s very confusing. FSU has no talent, but firing coaches who didn’t develop talent you didn’t have to begin with… However, I’m assuming the reason no talent exists is because these coaches can’t recruit, but might develop talent if they actually had any.
