New BiS Gear In New World Season 5!

New World Season 5 comes with new PvP gear as well as new gear from the Winter Forge Trial, a 10 man mini-raid. Some of this gear comes with extremely good perks, including some potential new BiS. The new Life Staffs Moon of Healing and Field Medic are particularly interesting, as they have both the Savior and Blessed perk on a single item, giving them some of the highest healing power in the game.

When reviewing the armor with shirking heals, you mentioned that it might be viable with light melee due to the upcoming "changes." I was wondering what changes you are specifically referring to? The 5% increase to melee damage or is there something else? Thanks.

11:35 so crowded bludgeon on weapon is fun because it give 25% cdr PER EVERY 2 TARGETS YOU HIT with the ability. So you can be in a clump and get infinite 50% Fortify that will keep triggering. Not to mention if you fully upgrade it you can give someone 50% Absorption to every damage type, so maxing out his gems entirely. As long as you are within 3 meters, but it’s solid. So in terms of bis bludgeon on weapon isn’t great, but in terms of having fun it’s a build worth checking out when you’re bored playing.

Have you ever done a video on viscous and the value of crit damage in todays game. When I used to play with resilient it was worthless , at least that is what I thought.

I really hope some day they rework Fractured Rend, it has a 0% use in the NW history pretty much. idk why the f*4*k they continue making items with it. Better have nothing because those items are useless and just make the pool loot bigger and is more complicated get something that is at the very minimum useful. Thank for the info Duke!

Just because its an illegal combo doesnt mean its going to be BIS. new LS wont be bis except for mayb 1 or 2 KS healers using DST. Its not for Clap users or AOE which is most of the healers.

Nah blessed and savior is 100% for every healer. LS already gets 5% CDR on light and heavy attacks, so replacing refreshing move you’re not losing much and you’re gaining much more healing which will help fight plague.

@@nickhohl3468 well ur not replacing refreshing move, ur replacing purifying breeze as a Clap user... which is a meaningful heal and powerful at every health%. Why run DE and Savior and make ur heals only strong at under 50%? u already got DE, u dont need Savior when Purifying Breeze makes ur Clap strong anytime. Refreshing move is for AOE healers, and AOE healers wants RM over Savior to pump more orbs and beacons and relocate SG, where again Savior isnt ideal for AOE healers who run Mending Protection and RM. A niche conditional healing perk like Savior isnt better than whats currently being used unless u run DST or DE Beacon.

I never understood point of savior. If you have divine embrace perk u already can re cast another heal when they are under 50%. Mending if aoe is better cuz increases healing power more then savior. Clap perk as well. Also RM is better it helped reduce cooldowns always needed for rotations faster vs a conditional under 50% health to proc.

Its not dead Oo... Its just the end of the season and WE are playing other stuff. Thats normal for games with seasons. A lot of players will come back for a new season and more will come back, of they finally deliver good new content.
