@Koala Man Tell me your exact reaction to madmen with weapons running you down and cornering you please. I would have knocked the shotgun wielder out and shot the rest with his gun personally. You cant point a gun in someone's face and then kill them because they tried to stop you from pointing a gun in their face. That argument should never hold up. That would give everyone the legal right to go around pointing guns in strangers faces and then shooting them as soon as they react to it. But go on, argue for this right...MERKA!

@Koala Man so your argue is that since he didn’t respond the way you think he should have, he should have been murdered? If you chase someone you should not be chasing they get scared and try to defend themselves forcing the pursuers who should not be pursuing to then defend themselves- are you suggesting this is justified?

@Koala Man I would not react the way you do I would have dropped them all. It would not be the first time I have killed people who were trying to cause me great harm. The gall that the average white person thinks that they can even question people and deserve answers! I recently experienced this. A white man and I were talking on a driveway lip. This man, I guess homeowner, started asking who we were and threatened to call the police. Neither of us had any reason to fear the cops. The white guy I was talking to decided to argue back at him. I told him to let's just go, we can talk later. My thinking was he was stupid and may have a gun. I didn't feel like fighting that day. But he honestly thought we owed him answers, explanations and permission. What a tool! A nobody!! He should have stayed in his house.

Just looking at this as 3 men (2 armed) stalking, chasing, boxing in another person who is running AWAY from them, not confronting, not arguing. Running away. Why are u excusing their actions? This whole situation is ok with u? U would be ok with Ahmauds position happening to ur son, ur brother, ur father?? Smh. U know what, don't even bother answering the questions, ur defense of them is answer enough actually. @pretzelmaker3122
@pretzelmaker3122 3 жыл бұрын
@Koala Man He made multiple attempts to evade them, didn't have a phone, and yeah, he also didn't deserve to be chased down and shot. Regardless of your opinion, he WAS chased, unlawfully as no one has said they are active law enforcement or had a legal right, and he was shot during this unlawful pursuit. Add in their shotgun out, loaded and pointed at him and you have voluntary manslaughter at the very least. That is providing the other evidence of these men's backgrounds and other statements don't make it into court. Oh, that's right, a black man leapt at me after I chased him across the same streets multiple times trying to get away from me so I can shoot him. Yeah....no. They had zero reason to fear for their lives and therefore zero reason to shoot him.

Why these guys weren't put into handcuffs immediately, and then questioned is beyond me, and shows why people distrust the police when most people of color in the same situation would have been, and also made to sit on the side of the road restricted from walking around, before being taken to the police station for interrogation. If I didn't know a man was lying dead in the middle of the street, I would have thought the police was investigating a complaint of a car that was burglarized over night.

CPR in a victim with internal bleeding from a shot gun, knife attack or any traumatic injury which leads to heavy bleeding, would make things worse, because blood will be pumped out of the circulating system instead. They had him on video going in more than one time and things had come up missing. The owner had asked him a former officer to keep an eye and he installed cameras up bcc of it. The father and son who lived there had their car broke into an a hand gun was stolen.WHY THEY KEEP PERPETUATING TEEN he wasn’t a teenager out for a run hell he was 25 years old. They told him the police is on the phone and on there way. Why didn’t he call the 911 if he was scared of this posse instead of grabbing someone barrel of the weapon. To them he might have had their gun on him. He shoot him self the way I c it. Hell the video shows that if u open ur eyes enough and not make a race issue. I’m not getting into his rap sheet he’s concurred at a early age. This has to stop with u just did this bcc he was black bcc it would have had same outcome if purple. What sickened me was him laying in street still alive and alone 😢which he bad guy y’all think was the one that wanted him to get help. They cut the part where he was giving mouth to mouth and trying to save him. But I guess the cops aren’t paramedics but still that really is upsetting. Again tragic. Side note his cr wasn’t unlocked he wanted to talk to him.. did u notice they both have blood on them but only one was part of the incident… bcc they were trying to save him.

No matter how many times I watch this body cam footage, I always get angered when Greg McMichael tells Travis not to worry because he had no choice. When he talks to the cops, he makes it sound like he and Travis were on some amazing adventure and that he’s proud of his son for gunning down Mr. Arbery, as he would have done it himself if he could. The fact of the matter was that Travis did have a choice. He could have told Greg that it was a bad idea to go after Mr. Arbery, and that it could go horribly wrong for them both. I’m glad that in the end all three of these guys got What was coming to them, and the moral of the whole scenario is that if your going to take the law into your own hands, you’d better be sure that you actually know the law. Even if Ahmaud had stolen anything, which he didn’t, theft of replaceable”stuff” does not give you the right to hunt someone down like an animal and pull a deadly weapon on them, especially when they’ve posed no physical threat to you. RIP Ahmaud. These animals will pay for what they did to you for the rest of their lives.

They wanted to document the suspect, Arbery. The McM's saw themselves as vigilantes for neighborhood justice. They brought the weapons to scare and be prepared in case Arbery had a weapon, which they had reasonable suspicion of. And, yes, the McM's have time to serve. It was not a 'clear cut' murder, but may be treated as such. More so a 'manslaughter', although that may not be allowed due to the extremeness of the case. It was a botched citizen's arrest which was reasonable for the circumstances, per as the story-time-line on the case indicates
