Just got mine. Was looking at 50 pound braid on a catfish spinning rod. Mine came with a float do you use yours?
@live2fishofficial3 ай бұрын
@@greatamericansurvival nice! I do use the float, only because it doesn’t kill the Wi-Fi signal like when it’s submerged. I know some people have knocked the product because of that, but HELLO…Wi-Fi doesn’t carry under water…🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Love the vid-I been looking for a inline fishcam with comparable vid quality and features to gofishcam since they went out of business-I’m down to my last gofishcam and I purchased a water wolf 2.0 from uk Amazon but it doesn’t seem to have the same vid quality and no app as well --I put a lot of fishcam vids on my KZbin channel of hawaii fishing so I kinda depend on the fishcam footage. I think you sold me with this one..much mahalos 💯🤙🏽

Still waiting to see you on the home shopping channel mate 👍 You should have started years ago, you would be on 5 million by now not 5 thousand 👍 You definitely deserve many more subs, great all round channel, plenty of fishing and some of the best review videos on the tube 👍 I have been watching on my tv bit going back to mobile, the tv is a pain to leave comments... Catch you on the next one 🎣

Mick, you are too kind - thank you! I only wish I wouldn’t have had so many health issues from COVID back when my channel growth was peaking, but that hasn’t stopped me from picking up where I left off. Congrats on all of your great content and growth as well!

I like you can set the recording time, agree 3 minutes seems just about right. excellent overview video Joe!! I'm very excited to see more!!
@live2fishofficial6 ай бұрын
Thanks Chris! I set the timer to one minute as a test and it created over a hundred files, which was painful to go thru. Five minutes was much too long. Three seems to be the sweet spot. It’s no wonder they set it there as a default. Can’t wait to bust out more of the footage!

Interested in using this when kayak trolling with leadcore. About how far from the lure should it be placed? Thanks!
@live2fishofficial4 ай бұрын
@@JFHH-eo8uc it’s a wide angle view, so that’s going to depend on what lure you’re using, how it’s being used and what you’re targeting. I was using 18”-24” and found that they both worked out well. What I was most concerned with was placing the lure TOO close to the camera and ending up deterring the fish from striking it.

Did you get a chance to use it in discolored water and does it have infra red on it Joe?
@live2fishofficial6 ай бұрын
It has a smart technology with green LED lights that illuminated in stained water. It’s a sensor on the lens and is pretty bright to look at, so it seems to be doing a good job underwater.

You can watch it real time on the app when the camera is underwater??
@live2fishofficial5 ай бұрын
That depends. When you use the float, yes. Otherwise the Wi-Fi connection, as is always the case, won’t transfer to your device through water. It’s one of those things that is specified in the manual. 👍
