New Crane for Pickup

Those of us who enjoy the RV lifestyle whether full-time or weekenders, know that we can never have enough toys... er, uh... tools. If you have seen our previous videos, you know that I once had a Harbor Freight Mini Crane. When I installed the Decked Storage Box, I had to remove the crane. Good video you may consider cutting the square tube shorter that slides into truck hitch so that when you swing the crane around it will end up on top of the decking system

Hi Terri. Yes, this little crane does the job as long as you don't overload it.

You did not read the instructions. You didn't bolt the winch on correctly. There should be washers on both sides and the bolt should go through the other way so the extra thread isn't inside the winch where it could interfere with the cable. You also didn't put the cable on the winch the way the instructions say. Might be OK the way you did it but if there is a failure it's on you.

Hey Bud, thanks for commenting. Yep, I am bad at not reading the instructions. It works fine, though. I did use all the parts in the package, though.
