Important note: the LT315 is a 5/8-24 thread pitch direct thread mount with taper. This means you do not need to utilize a tapered barrel adapter and can directly attach to any tapered barrel.

Got lucky and bought a 24mm insert for my Arsenal’s and thought that was all I needed for my wolverine. The stamp for my wolverine got approved, went to go swap inserts and couldn’t finish the install because I don’t have the 24mm locking collar. Why they would not include the 24mm insert with the actual can blows my mind

You can get a sandman and switch the endcaps out for 5.56.

What’s the pros and cons to a direct thread mounting option vs a KeyMo aside from it being cheaper?

Direct thread will walk off after a certain number of rounds and you have to keep tightening it back down.

Direct thread is generally the lightest and shortest possible option. When you use keymo, you add the length of the adapter which is quiet long compared to the direct thread adapter. If you go direct thread, some rocksett will solve issues with the suppressor wanting to walk off.

@@coreyraywyatt Yeah, but if you add up the cost of the Wolfman plus sales tax, a $200 tax stamp, and another almost 200 dollar muzzle device you are paying more than you would for a Sig Mod 9x or Microtech R2K9 and those come with everything you need to shoot the second you open the box.

@@coreyraywyatt I must not have made it clear I was waiting to buy a Wolfman until I could attach it to my MPX. I am 10 months into waiting on a Sandman K which should be approved very soon now. I wanted to then try out the new E-file form 4 that is supposed to be quicker. When I pick up the Sandman K I will buy a 9mil suppressor. I also like that the SIg and Microtech cans are lighter than the Wolfman and user serviceable. Thanks for suggesting the Lantac, take care!
