The pump action gun may just be the colt lightning, a gun made by colt to contest the lever action winchester. This will be interesting.

what i've noticed that actually tells the most is the ratio of duos killed to bosses killed, if it's more than 3:1 then that players is probably a runner lol

Been playing HS since 2020 on console. I truly enjoy running different load outs, no matter the choices. Every weapon is viable in the right moment and with a well positioned hunter. From the weakest weapon to the strongest, they are all lethal.

The only game that touched my soul after rainbow six siege is hunt showdown... This game is such an amazing masterpiece.. but sadly i have to quit after the next gen upgrade. My system wont be able to run it.. no other game will ever achieve what hunt has done in this extraction shooter genre..

Hunt showdown runs really bad at the moment so maybe the new engine will make it perform better.

It took me like one year to finally start playing this game since I purchased it like two years ago, I don't blame anyone but myself for that. I love this game and I think it's future is bright since we are getting the new engine, map and more content; and that's the best way to keep a game alive and make happy the players. There are small things I would love to see some day, like more stats options as: my most used weapons, most played map, longest headshot, most used tools, revives, average time of matches, dead enemies burned, extinguishing fire form teammates, revenge kills, etc. That's a great way to keep an eye on your playing habits, like if I see that I've got too many kills with a certain gun than I would probably switch to another weapon and not stick to just a few. It also can help to improve a bit the teamwork and for that they should give some extra rewards like for reviving or assisting. Anyways, can't wait to play the event and great video, your commentary is amazing so keep it up 😊

I think that Caldwell Pistol is "The Pearl" skin, one of the oldest skin for it. The suppressed Rifle on the left should be a Winfield C skin, it has another lever handle and a smaller bullet gate, than the new gun. At 3:19 we probably see the second new Hunter of the Battle Pass, together with either a new Hand-Xbow skin or it´s a twitch drop skin "Bloodshot" hard to tell since its so blurry. Edit: I looked up some pictures of the Bloodshot and it's missing the "hand grip" in the middle, so it should be a new skin for the hand crossbow.

i'm not entirely sure tbh on the console situation for hunt, i'd assume because there's no crossplay they feel comfortable separating release dates, which i'm sure has got to be annoying. 😕

@HuntCraft24 it is absolutely annoying. Console players are what's keeping Hunt from drowning. And we get treated like the red-headed stepchild. I have over 1.25 million hunt bounty picked up. I ABSOLUTELY love this game!! There is nothing else like it, and nothing will come close to it!! Just. Dam, release everything at the same time. Every time. PC players would lose it if Console was able to play the event 3 or more days before them. They need to nut up and open a test server system like PC has. However I am very EXCITED for this event!! Do you think they will keep releasing event's this fast? I want a quest line again though!!

well this event looks unique enough, compared to the few similar ones that came before, and presumably this is the last event before he engine upgrade, so who knows, maybe the new engine opens them up to a wider variety of content they can deliver both in speed and variety 😀hoping for the best!

You don't get it. Why beg for something already being worked on and is literally around the corner. Event burnout is heavily dependent on which pact traits they have, not much else is changed during events. Sounds more like game burnout

We really don't need a new event. Its not even an "Event" its just a battlepass that they want to sell. Events used to be fun and add lots of new stuff. Now they use every new gun as a reason for a 2 month event. And what's going to be in the battlepass except for two new weapons with two variants each? stupid charms, story chapters no one cares about and ammo types for guns that don't need them. Because in reality they don't even have enough content for a week long event. They could have combined the last three events into one and that would have been the right amount of content for a 2 month event. We still have kill trades, 30hz tickrate servers and several; bugs that have been in the game for YEARS. Crytek should really stop milking their playerbase and instead invest into actual content and fixes that the playerbase ask for. No one asked for another stretchtedout, empty event that no one wants, has no real theme and will be forgotten a week after its over.

Well, my optimistic view is that is the last stalling tactic before the new engine which hopefully should allow them to expand the content further more than the usual "events" they keep releasing. 🤷

@HuntCraft24 Believe me or not. But I once met some guys I played with on a German discord and they were able to analyse this file at the beginning of a round. They could tell me the names and mmr of each player in the game what completely ruined it for me.

@HuntCraft24 yes and it seemed to be too easy. Same as reshade. So I appreciate that they reduce the possibilities. But I would also appreciate more stats in the game. Hitrate per weapon. Kills per weapon... And what I would love would be a hall of fame for your own hunters.

I can't even tell if vanilla Hunt is boring, because I haven't played since the last Event. I'm still a little burned out from that challenge farming of the last 3 Events. It seems I can't enjoy some playtime where I just play it for fun.

maybe its just the state of the economy in conjunction with how some guns are balanced, but too many mosin spitzer and dolch fmj people run around and sit outside buildings with no event going on. at least with an event people are working on weeklies to get event points. i struggle to say thats a vanilla hunt thing cause thats not at all how it used to be but thats how it is now. I also really dont like not having some form of restoration so ig that also plays into my dislike of vanilla@@tobiask.7346
