Brandon the weights I use will not be the same as the ones you use, but I think from memory for this series I had a pair of 30kg as my heavies and a pair of 15kg and 9kg for my lights and I changed between them pending exercise. Keep in mind a shoot will normally take around 3 hours so can't get too carried away with picking big weights. In your case since you already do a lot of my workouts and they are typically only 45mins then you may be able to max out a bit more! The important thing is to get through the sets without break form :)

Hi Shaman, 3 times is enough if you're training full body. Need a day rest in between each workout. If you prefer to train every day then you could consider a split program rather than full body. Something like this 6 days a week split routine kzbin.info/aero/PLIn3nS9mJKxnNcdLEjrcPiohMJMOrPkbr
