I had the X2 and sold it as did not find the small screen easy to use, the X3 has fixed this, having 360 view is amazing to be able to pan around in video editing as you miss nothing, also love the fact it doubles as a flat screen like a go pro, only thing you have to be carful is the lens stick out so buy lens covers and a protective case if you want to look after it. X3 is again on my bucket list 😀😀🥳🥳🥳🥳

Yes, but the distortion depends very much on the height you're holding the camera at. You can control the effect to some extent.

Thanks for this, very informative, Was on the fence with this or Hero Black 11, I am new to this, not tech savy, after watching so many you tubes on the subject, you have convinced me, going to buy one NOW. With the bundle about 1000$ in this country around 2-300 more than the Hero 11 but I think it is worth it for me.

Quick question, I see you are using an iphone, for editing, I have a xiaomi t9pro, so can I point and edit with my phone like you did around the 6 minute mark? also, how does the camera function after using it for 6 months now? do you still use it for videos? Reason I ask, I see so many videos on "how to edit" or "tips for filming" but I never see any other vlogs or videos made with this camera... I hope you are able to see this! this video is super useful, since I am planning to get the camera in May... :)

Apparently this "snap edit" feature isn't available on the app on my google pixel phone. Unless I'm an idiot I can't figure out where it is. This kinda bums me out. Otherwise Im' enjoying this camera.

I think the Insta360 X3, or even X2, bad for Vlogging, as you cant search-edit-crop using the App by looking at a wave form track. So I cant quickly crop the parts that I stay silent, making me listen at playspeed x1 for all footage, mark, then crop.

@@Kroess the newer one that has the same long form factor. I have a Gopro MAX currently which is quite good in bright sunlight but suffers as soon as it is cloudy. The new "pro" one inch they claim is better, but how much better as on paper it does about the same thing. 👍 Cheers
