It would be nice to be able to just resize from one of the corners (or maybe ctrl/cmd + scroll wheel up/down) like most windows, but I'd imagine for these particular pieces of software, that would take a decent bit of effort for the programmers for something that already has a different solution. I'm sure they have many, many other things they'd rather spend their energy on.
@LiamKillen4 жыл бұрын
It’s super easy to fix it though! I actually have a shout out to this exact comment in my latest video showing how simple it is lol. Here’s a link if you wanna take a look: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHStc5qAbcimhqM

Great video. I use the Roland Cloud instruments with the Arturia V Collection, add in the Korg Collection and Native Instruments and you have a great studio that can do pretty much anything in any electronic genre. Big fan of the JUNO family of synths. Owned a 60, used a 106 too a lot (I didn't own that though) but it's amazing how many people online are comparing the Juno 60 emulation to the 106 emulation - they are different synths with different sounds :) The 60 is generally harshers whereas the 106 is warmer but it's when you use them TOGETHER magic happens :) I subscribed to your channel, great content.

Thanks for the review - one of the first ones I saw. Makes me interested in getting it, as it's one of my favorite synths. Also, there's a company called SoundForce, that makes a gorgeous dedicated controller called SFC-60. It used to be laid out for the TAL Juno plugin, but the V3 model of the controller will be laid out for the Arturia Juno-6V plugin as far as I can tell. Worth a look! One small point of criticism tho: Adding the dimensional chorus to a Juno does not only seem superfluous to me - but also made me question how authentic the impressions I got here were.. Like many others, I am mainly interested in the plugin for the lush 90s House Pads, which largely live from the 3 Chorus modes and the perceived stereo field they give on top of the liquidy chorus sound. But how close the plugin can get is now hard to estimate, given that you use another chorus on top now (for better or worse). Maybe that is something to consider for the next review or a follow-up. Still, super glad for this video and looking forward to trying it myself! Have a lovely day Liam. 💙

Interesting- i’ll be doing a comparison with TAL and Arturia version soon
@danielfisch3894 жыл бұрын
Cherry audio and Roland cloud emulate the Juno 106, not the 6/60. Different synths with different sound, though close brothers
@LiamKillen4 жыл бұрын
TAL is the 60 though- they actually sent it my way and i’ll be doing a comparison at some point. When my schedule permits!
@danielfisch3894 жыл бұрын
@@LiamKillen correct. I have an original 60 and use the TAL too, depending on the project. Though the original Juno chorus hasn't been cloned 100% so far (neither by hardware nor by software), the TAL sounds close enough. Funny note: one Arturia Juno user wrote on YT he uses the free TAL chorus with the Arturia Juno plugin... LOL

@michaelarthurholloway95394 жыл бұрын
The chorus is more tame on this than the TAL, which is a good thing, imho; the TAL's chorus is way too loud and strong imho. This sounds more balanced. Not sure which is more accurate, but whatever. Arturia did a fantastic job on this synth. I thought after TAL I'd never need another Juno emulation. I was wrong.

Dude you obviously don't know much about the history of these synthesizers. Why don't you check out the history on the Roland Junos and the technology of the time these keybords. came out. These were keyboards that had drums built in, if you wanted drums you went and got a drum machine. You sound like you're putting modern standards on Vintage equipment.

There are drum presets on this keyboard. They don’t sound great (IMO) .it’s as simple as that my friend 🤷🏻♂️
