Which one do you like best, the titanium chef baker xl or the patissiere? Is the only difference the heating system?

Wife here. I need help with my HELP PATissiere. Can you give lessons on it. I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT. I would like to be able to control the speed and time myself . I really need help my mixer just sits there unused. Thank you 5:54
