Hi friends! In this video I will be reviewing a full face of new makeup releases 2024 from some of our favorite luxury makeup brands. One of the new makeup products that I am most excited to share is the Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick. Unfortunately with my oily skin this glow tint did not work and is a pass for me. Probably would work better for someone with dry skin but would not recommend it for those with oily skin

I use the same technique! Just a small amount all over the Face, concealer in the t Zone and Powder all over. The result is lovely and holds on all day! I love the way my Skin is looking with this tint! My Skin Type is combo oily t zone

Sofia, that Charlotte Tilbury glowy face tint is a big no for me. My skin is normal to dry but I live in south Florida. With the heat and crazy humidity, glowy can easily look greasy. Thank you for letting us know about the new Rephr brushes. I’ll for sure use your link.😊

I absolutely love CT’s new foundation stick. Makes me glow and I just tap some Laura nervier translucent powder over my whole face. Perfect summer glow.

The first time I swiped it on all over and buffed it in with a brush and it looked great with a bit of powder. The next time I used two different colours of the stick and then added a cream foundation as well. It was just overload and I had to keep rebuffing throughout the day and just looked sweaty and spent. I have combo mature skin. You're right, I think it takes a bit of experimenting to see what works best.

I just got the Rephr brushes in the mail 2day & I absolutely love them,this time theyr perfect,I got Rephr's last set of synthetic brushes & 2 b honest I didn't think they were up2 Rephr's usual quality & felt the foundation brush in the 1st set just drank up all my foundation,which I didn't like bc not only did it waste my foundation,but it also made my brush 10 times dirtier than usual..but Rephr seemed 2 understand this & this time nailed it, these brushes are perfect & as picky as I am I have absolutely no complaints,I live the color of these,I love the way the brushes were designed & theyr performance,they are perfect & I am glad I bought 2 sets bc these r a steal at $30 ,I was worried I bought 2 sets without trying them 1st,but now I'm glad I did, absolute perfection & people should buy them B4 they sell out or Rephr raises the price,bc I'm pretty sure they will

Thanks for reviewing! Agree that the CT stick is definitely not a foundation substitute! However, my favorite way to apply has been to use a bit as a light foundation topper and I LOVE the effect ❤ I go in with a light hand of my normal foundation and then stipple a bit of the CT stick on top, using a beauty blender - looks ethereal and has behaved well with my everyday products/skin type.

I'm so glad Rephr came out with brushes that arn't white bristles,Its probly petty but I really don't like the white bristles at all..I have the last synthetic concealer & foundation brushes Rephr made & wat I didn't like about those brushes was that they had white bristles & I felt the foundation brush soaked up way 2 much of my foundation,but I think Rephr in general makes quality products at a great price so I'm really excited 2 try the new foundation & concealer brush,I really like the look of them & I'm sure they'll b better than the last synthetic brushes Rephr made,both in how they perform & how they look.

Hi Sofia, I went a little darker with shade 6 for the CT stick to give a more sun kissed look and I love it! 😉. I think we need to play with it but I personally love that it gives a beautiful radiance to the skin…

Thanks for the Rephr tip, I love their brushes, so I ordered this set since I use a lot of cream products now. Also picked up another brush soap and eyelash curler - they are my favorite and I want extras for travel. I've loved all my Rephr brushes. My other favorite cream brush is from SoniaG and it has "hairs" that overlap the majority of the brush to pick up cream products but never too much product. It definitely helps to have tools made for the specific type of product.

I have combo/oily skin. I can’t imagine what the CT might look like on my skin in the humid summer here 🫨 MAYBE I could use the DM balm powder in my tzone and this on the perimeter of my face. Maybe. Oohhh the Rephr shapes look GREAT. I love that they’re a different color from the goat bristles so it’s easy to know they’re synthetic. THIRTY DOLLARS??!! 🤗 I need more of the light gel moisturizer so I’ll grab both tomorrow!! I’m going to try the RMS powder. I couldn’t wait. I got Boba Bounce from the Eadem website. I have the clear and it has no scent I can detect, so maybe they’re all different scents. It’s supposedly out for delivery, so hopefully I’ll know today!

The new ND Gold palette is gorgeous- I absolutely love it!! So many neutral to glam looks to create with these shades! I also just ordered a red liquid blush from the new Giorgio Armani line and ordered the Navy blue Dior eyeliner and blue Mascara! 😊

I am really impressed by the new synthetic brushes. I’m going to try to pick them up. I am excited to try the rms powder. I have the hourglass loose powder, Laura Mercier and a Sydney Grace setting powder. I do love the Givenchy Prisme Libre under my eyes. I am testing the by Terry loose powder this summer. I love a light dusting of powder.

Thanks for the heads up on those Rephr brushes. I Love that brand and these look nice. I love those tiny eye brushes so much I may get more. Also I got the mascara and purple liner from Surratt last night. I had had makeup on all day so haven't tried them yet. 🤞🏻! I am hoping this will be the perfect lengthening mascara. Also, in spite of the fact that I have the original ND Gold palette, I am still tempted by the Golden. Those new shades are beautiful. And I love the highlighter on your eyes. Don't tempt me! Those Dior eyeliners look nice too. But I'm holding out until Chanel launches their new ones. And yes, they'll have some colors. They'll even have a soft green and a lilac. Interesting. I was really curious about the CT foundation stick and wondered how it compared to the Westman Atelier but it sounds like maybe it doesn’t compare at all. I honestly hate low coverage “glowy” products like this because they require you to put so much on your skin to get any sort of effect and I really don’t want to be shiny everywhere. It’s too easy to look like a sweaty mess. I’d much rather go in with a lot of yummy skin care and then use something with more coverage to spot conceal or correct where I need it. For me, that’s the best way to avoid the cake or just looking like you’ve got gobs and gobs of makeup. Anyway, thanks for posting. :)

I still really like those rephr brushes & i think these r the closest Rephr has come2 perfection, but i do have only 1 critique i think they need2 b alot more dense,if Rephr made these exact brushes but alot more dens, i think they would b perfect,so hopefully they fix that 1 issue

I love the sheer glow tint. Calling it a foundation is a bit misleading as the coverage is so sheer. The application is key - a light layer. I’m not sure I’d apply any highlighter balm with a heavy hand and expect it to look anything but greasy. I’ve over applied the Westman Atelier highlight balms and it looked terrible.

If you apply it too heavily it does look awful. It’s technique related. I adore this product, and it doesn’t show my pores. I put it on over my magic cream using Charlottes Hollywood complexion brush. And in certain areas I apply a light dusting of Givenchy Prisme Libre in shade 3 after, and it’s beautiful. DON’T apply thickly. Two light applications is perfect. User error is the issue NOT the product.

I never go HAM with any face foundation, tint, bb, etc….I can’t with my 63 yr old dry skin. I live a good dew and glow it’s pretty. I love that you didn’t give up. I don’t like fussy products especially the cost if it’s high. Great review. I hate the sticky feel too I’m getting a blur on this video. When I try to expand it. Hmmmm maybe it’s my iPad ? I feel this CT launch was lazy and mostly just trying to cash in on the success of the Flawless Filter. If the consumer has to spend so much time and effort figuring out the very specific conditions in which the product will not look terrible, then it's not worth the money or attention. Also, they released new shades in a cream blush formula that's been around for years. This in a competitive market that's constantly seeing new cream blush launches
