First time seeing you review, very impressed. Agree re "shonky" button bar. The touch points in ANY car are the bits we relate to, the areas we come into physical contact with, dozens of times a day/week. This is what we feel we are paying extra for, over and above volume cars...Mercedes are along with Audi and BMW, volume car OEM's, whether they recognise it or not. What would it cost to make these buttons individual, rather than on one elongated bar?. Twenty/thirty/fifty pounds per car?. I'd be happy to pay that to get the premium experience this now lacks. Now I'm interested to find out where else they have cut corners quality wise.
