Thx for the question. You no longer need the volume adjuster, goxlr was updated to include volume control for line out! So skip that part. Plz consider subbing & I’d love to help you & your son with any setup questions. My son is 10yo & I stream with him.

Great video! I have one suggestion for people who hate wires (me) you can buy a usb soundcard to plug into the back of your ps4 instead of having it come out of your controller. Hope this helps!

Thx for the question! Currently at this time Sony does not allow PS5 games to be installed/transferred/played on an external drive. Future update will allow PS5 game storage, but will need to transfer back to internal to play. Future video I’ll make 👍🏽

Question I have a set up where I had a dual PC stream set up (which I still have) because of the dual PC stream set up both the line IN & OUT on the goxlr already has cables running to them from the two PC so that the main game PC can send audio to the stream PC. So following your video I cant connect my ps5 to the line in & out of the goxlr because the slots are already in use from the dual PC set up, can I split the line IN & OUT behind the goxlr, so that both the PS & PC be able to use the Line IN & OUT??? If so what cable do search in amazon?

hey man! first of all thanks for the video! i have a question, so i have a console streaming setup through my pc with a elgato capture card, when i follow these steps and connect my controller to the goxlr the way you said, i get a crazy humming noise from the mic its very loud and wont stop, unless i unplug it, any thoughts? also can i just use the go xlr for the mic only? cause im already getting the sound to my pc with the elgato?

Glad you found value from it… plz consider subbing… 🙏🏽 the routing table tab (goxlr software) is where you can make your final tweaks… Make sure the output to PS5 has the sampler checked on, so that the people on PS5 can hear your voice & effects… make sure the headphones has the PS5 audio (input) checked on so that you can hear all the ps5 audio & in game voices.

It’s the best setup for windows/goxlr users! 1 mic! Currently I’m testing a new method, but for Mac /wave XLR users…. A video coming soon… plz sub🙏🏽 to mute your mic in all channels/chat just tap the mute button on goxlr. If you use the mute button on controller it’ll mute the game audio to the stream(don’t do that lol). I’ll steam this week to help you with any questions.. see you then!
