I'm fully against subscriptions! What is the safest platform to prevent your book from being pirated? Im for giving free stuff away for getting name out there, but not for someone else's profit.

There’s no one platform safer than the other.

Don't be worried about your book being stolen. Be worried if you book isn't stolen (deemed not even worth stealing). Besides, customers don't generally buy from sketchy sites over Amazon.

Just to note the Indie Spotlight submission period is the previous month. So it's too late now for picture book submissions but scary stories submission for October is open now
