An hour in to her mocking him, insulting him in every single way, bringing up his son, Johnny finally fell asleep. She acknowledged he was sleepy at the beginning of the recording, so she was well aware he was exhausted and needed to sleep. She comes and wakes him up within minutes of him falling asleep, asking if he’s ok and saying he “passed out” and accuses him of making no sense while he’s just been woken up for no reason. Telling him she loves him and within five minutes starting to get louder and more aggressive, talking about her own needs. Then back to trying to humiliate him. She is truly and awful person, there’s no way she’s a DV survivor and acting like this to her abuser. No abuser would tolerate the shit that’s going on in this recording.

I've never heard anyone switch moods as fast as she does. She did the same during her testimony, went from fake crying and sad, to smiling and defiant in milliseconds. In this audio one minute she's screaming at him, telling him he's a total POS, berating him, laughing at him, putting him down, mocking him, telling him he's to blame for everything, she's perfect, she only acts that way bc of him, yet refuses to leave. Then talks in a calm voice, acts concerned for him, tells him she loves him, it's insane. Who switches moods and behaviors like that? It would make anyone feel like they're the one who's insane. No wonder his drug and alcohol abuse got so bad while with her, anyone would be desperate to escape that sh*t show and get off the crazy train. I've been with someone like her (male version) and they make you feel like you're the one who's crazy, you're actions and words and it's your fault they hit you, spit on you, etc., and the never ending arguing in circles literally made me bang my head against a wall bc I just wanted him and it to stop. I never did those things with any partner before that person or after that person, but when you're in that never ending barrage of insults and screaming for hrs you feel like you're temporarily insane, living in some alternate universe, and are so desperate you'll do anything to make it stop. I feel so horrible for him. If the jury doesn't side with him, it will just enforce to her that she can continue to manipulate and destroy people when she doesn't get her way, and she'll never face consequences or be held accountable.

Umm...did you listen to the whole thing? BOTH of them switch gears on a dime. At one point, he's talking about some imaginary[?] concert between James Dean and James Brown - like what the actual f*&^???? He sounds like he has 'wet brain.' He goes in and out of lucidity throughout. It's obvious he forgets he's recording because he moves crap around in his pocket incessantly. It's also clear he's goading her, trying to get her to say specific things [so he's recording her without her knowledge or consent]. Yes - I know she did the same with the infamous kitchen cabinet abuse video - but it still doesn't make it any more ok for him to do the same [California is a 2-party consent state]. I thought she distilled her issue with him pretty clearly: he's not a very considerate person - not with her, not with his colleagues, and not with his employees. My impression is that Amber was brought up to have a really good work ethic that included honoring commitments and being on time. By his own admission, he would be hours late, if he even showed up at all. Also by his own admission, he would disappear/be radio silent for weeks. Is it normal for wives to not hear from their husbands for weeks on end? She sounds fed up that he blows stuff up [literally and figuratively] and never stays to clean up the mess. No one has ever held him accountable in his entire adult life. He's surrounded by enablers. I'm not hoping the man ill will, but it's only a matter of a year or two and we'll be hearing about his unfortunate, premature death like the drummer from the Foo Fighters.

He has broken up with every woman he has ever dated.. 2 divorces and over 10 high profile women leavjng him. He has been known as a drug addict hollywood diva for decades.. No medical files whatsoever from ER's hospitals etc. If she was beaten like she said she was most time when would have been in a hospital for weeks after. Like all the other victims I know of. They had ER visits, hospital stays etc. Some worse then others. She has no proof at all except a few probably photo shopped pictures and even looking at them they seem photo shopped. The only thing there is to really go by, is what she is saying and none of that adds up either. As someone who worked with victims for years I am disgusted with her. I am also disgusted with her lawyers making sure she stays on script. She was lead by them from one victims story to the next. I wish I could see the entire Deposition she did back in August of 2016. What I did see was appalling on her part. No victim ever behaves or talks that way either. She has backed herself in a massive corner. She can't prove what she said happened, with any real evidence whatsoever. Her mother texted that her lawyers said claim abuse so you don't lose the penthouse, so that is what she did. Some women do just that, when going through a divorce. I am thankful there are no children involved. Then she would have claimed he beat the crap out of them too. She is piling lies on top of more lies to cover the lies she told in the beginning. Now there are so many lies, she cannot keep them straight in her head at all.

Half the conversation, including this recording Johnny Depp made, he's clearly not lucid. The other half, he seems to remember why he's recording her, so he's bringing up specific arguments from the past to get her to admit to specific events. Since she's unaware he's recording, she doesn't understand how the conversation drifts back to x, y, or z situation or argument from the past. Yes...It is a mind ****.

It’s criminal to make such horrific, false accusations about someone. For all these people who take the position that women shouldn’t need sufficient evidence before slandering, ruining a man’s life, have a very destructive agenda. I am a victim, I make my own decisions based on facts, I make my own observations and I made my decision in this case based on several factors. 1. She lied, if you don’t think so you’re lying. 2. My own experiences, I immediately saw who the abused was, and I’ve lived with an abusive narcissist, I know who they are. 3. I’m an empath, I feel others’ pain, sorrow, fear, I know a liar and my intuition is scary. I felt sorrow when JD spoke, even just looking at him. AH made me very uncomfortable, I had knots in my stomach and I was frustrated by everything about her. I remember those feelings all too well, she is just like my ex. So, For all these people making excuses for her and defending her, they do not speak for me, I don’t need them to. They do not dictate why people side with Johnny Depp, it’s for One reason only, because I know a H is an abusive person and narcissist. I’m beginning to think the people that are defending her are just like her, the last people on earth that should be speaking on behalf of victims/survivors, we don’t need aggressive bullies who defend abusers to speak on our behalf. You’re not fooling anyone, this time almost unanimously everyone is together on this one. She is guilty because she is, not for any other excuse.
