two quick things; 1. Shelaxi is a unique unit, so doesn't have access to generic spells like flaming weapon. 2. Kroxigors should have attacked before fiends in round 1. Lord of Hubris gives the dread Saurian strike first, so strike first, then strike normal krox, then hedonites pick.

Throwing the Dread Saurian into a screening unit with a gigantic stack of archers and demonettes and no plan beyond 'Have 35 wounds' was certainly a choice.

Also attempt to kill a low model count unit with a bad armour save with a spell designed to inflict lots of wounds to hordes and a spell designed to punish good armour. While ignoring the horde of demonettes, because killing 3 twin souls was more important than having any kind of chance at winning.

Yeah there’s no defending he played this list poorly. Dread Suarian could have even worked but he threw it at the literal worst target and it’s positioning was terrible.

@@psycojester yeah he made some grievous tactical errors in this match. It’s clear he hasn’t figured out the new tone yet. And throwing the Saurian down the middle like that was basically asking to lose it. He should have flanked it. And avoids lord of hubris like plague.

he could give dread mystic shield for +1 saves and starseer could've given it 5+ ward on 2+ for her new ability. That's the bare minimum which could be done to protect it

Nice batrep ! Don't forget godseekers can reroll charges for free if they are close to a hero (in addition to the start of round move). They are my favorite too ;)

Order was, large scary lizard first, then fiends, then kroygor, then attached back into the monster. They did this right unless krox have a fights first ability?

@@mango8758 Lord hubris applies Strike 1st to a model it was seraphons Turn. When fighting you resolve all the Fightfirst which was the big saurus than the Player with Initiative (seraphon) picks the 1st unit to Fight with. Basicly you get to choose 2 Units when one was Strike 1st so it shouldve been saurus 1st than kroxygors than the Rest

Your guys sequencing in the first turn fight phase broke the rest of the game. Appreciate you are learning the rules to Seraphon however basic rules being missed regularly in a back to back sequences is a no go. Seraphon Kroxigors not fighting first was huge. The cock dice mentioned earlier is frustrating as well. Love the content just would like either a third party for camera work and basic game play would be much better for everyone.
