Tennessee evacuation order as dam reaches critical breach: Catastrophic failure possible

Residents in Newport, Tennessee have been ordered to evacuate after theWaterville Dam suffered what Mayor Rob Mathis called "a catastrophic failure."
Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) later reported that Duke Energy claimed the dam "has not failed," but the evacuations remain in place.
