For the Illegal Personal Contact foul, it looks like it was the R player who committed the foul, why would the ball be marked 15 yards forward, rather than 15 yards or half the distance in the other direction?

Cliff and Chad Sabatka thank you for catching this error. The player in white who is the receiving team is the fouling team and this personal foul illegal contact should be enforced half the distance to the goal from the spot it the foul as the foul took place behind the end of the related run.
