Patea Maori club you're wonderful. Lovely seeing all the kuia's performing their kapa haka. Love all your kapa haka songs. I have just seen this one and a previous one that I hadnt seen before, and recognise the tunes which are lovely. Been living in Oz for 57 yrs. Occassionally perform kapa haka with a few of my kapa haka friends here for different functions. I live in Woolgoolga near Coffs Harbour NSW. I am from Putiki Whanganui, my friends are from Taranaki, Waikato and Thames. We hope you don't mind us performing some of your kapa haka songs and actions. XoXo🥰❤🌺

I have loved this song for years, but never known its name nor the meaning of the song. It usually popped up at least once each saturday night after a league game with the boys. I have only just found out its song and looked up the lyrics, and their interpretation. A very inspirational song. Music today isn't written like this anymore.

The Dj was good about it saying He hadn't ever heard of it but has Poi e... I was stoked to then tell him to search it up "you'll love this song!" I hope he did listen to Legendary song for a legendary song writer. Rest in love Ngoi
