I think in some cases some exercise could be really useful and important to a goalie’s success (so they should keep doing them). But, I also think goalies should be constantly evolving and trying new exercises to better themselves and stay ahead of the curve.

I want to see Maria Mountain rap battle someone.

that would be very embarassing - - like the first rap battle Eminem goes to in 8-Mile...yikes.

Do you think you could make a video on workouts from each of the pyramid points? Or if you already have what video would I refer too?

The problem is that the exact exercises, etc depends on your age, training background, injury history, etc. I will be posting a sample early off-season workout next month - gotta shoot that video still. In the Game Winning Goalie Formula program I actually create 3 different sets of workouts for each phase of the off-season to suit the different types of goalies in that program. There is not one size fits all.

In my opinion, you need to always change it up and improve. New challenges make you learn things you may not have known before.

Yeah - that's also how you find ways that work better for you. A lot changes as you age as well. Younger goalies can do almost anything and get better - - as you get older you need to be more precise.

Hi there I am based in Ontario and was wondering if you have any training areas in Ontario. I am 13 years old and a pretty big goalie but I lack in mobility and going side to side and was wondering if there are any work out programs you could suggest for my lateral conditioning and other thing which would benefit me when playing goalie

Hi Aidan, I do almost all my training online now - the only goalies I train in person are in the Turning Pro Coaching program, but the minimum age to apply for that program is 14 years of age. Here's a video that will help - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZW2YWynmtiti5Y
