HD cables were made in Wichita Ks...at Wescon... I have a friend that worked for Wescon he took a clutch cable I had Truett and Osborn put an end on to go in the clutch arm on my ratchet top trans..this was for my foot clutch set-up the HD cable department made me a new clutch cable that was 5 years ago...its still workin...

So no hose lines what's so ever off my breather bolts, how about that..

You should be able to adjust the black mount bushing with the screw that holds it on the quick release mount, loosen the screw and turn the mount bushing a little and it takes up the play, I believe it has the adjustment in the instructions for the quick release mounts.

Not sure if you tried this, but the quick detach pins are oblong so you can rotate them to take up the slack on loose quick detach parts. Might stop the rack from rattling.

She knows what she is talking about!! I buy the Hot Hands heat packs on amazon. there always on the bike when I travel, just rode in a snow storm in Carlsbad NM a couple weeks ago and used several. Just open one or two and stick it inside the jacket makes a world of difference.

I bought my passenger grab bars for my 15 Ultra from Amazon because Harley was back ordered. I like the idea in regards one time use for rain gear. Going to Sturges this year with wife she will need rain gear just in case.

The rubber bushings on the docking hardware are oval. You can adjust them to take the rattle out of your "Flat Rack".

Absolutely right. Rotate to tune it. Also if used for specific touring purposes, 10-20 pounds of stuff on the rack removes rattles.

I can recommend wrap-around safety glasses in packs of 12 from Amazon for riding. I buy the smoke for $1.25 each and the clear for $1.17 each. When they get scratched beyond use, they go in the trash. I carry an extra pair or two on each bike so I can give them out to someone that lost or forgot their eye protection.

Check bomber eyewear for clears and bifocals in multiple shades for a pretty good price. Not to mention they fit great and don't let air in between the nose and frame so your eyes don't water up. Great content!

I got that rack 3 years ago took a grocery plastic milk container and zip tied it on and between that and my saddle bags i can go shopping and pu enough food for a week. Be careful. Buying 1 quart of primary or tranny oil can arrive half empty because of the cap may come lose. If you can get a change package it should come boxed with protection. All the lights i bought to change mine to led were fantastic. Just make sure the lights are sealed and the leds are not exsposed. Just remember you get what you pay for. Some special tools that you use maybe once a year you can't beat the price. Somehow the chinese must have hogs cause they work great.

wisamic and sunpie daymaker wannabes are good, running mine for 4yrs now, check your local harbor freight and walmarts for bungees and heat packs and such, esp around mid winter and clearance time. i use rx saftey glasses that are transitions for shades and clears but keep xtra clears that i get from work. my fsa through work has paid for the first aid kits in my vehicles

I bought a set of extended 14+ saddle bags from Amazon. Strictly to see if I could make them fit my 1997 Road King. After a little work on the brackets, they fit and look great. If these cheap bags crack or break or anything, I'll replace with the good ones. But for $250, it's hard to complain. And they came with the new style lids and hardware pre-assembled. Surprisingly good quality, but they are certainly a bit thinner than the stock bags. Time will tell......Oh, I also got one of those TCMT luggage racks and it's not bad at all.

Ive done Kemi, TCMT, and XFMT, I dont have the XFMT on yet but what I have seen on other bikes have been well above their price grade, I will suggest if getting the tour packs that the "optional" metal plate is bought with it to make it sturdier. I did have an issue with KEMI where the drink holder warped after a full riding season, ended up getting a kuryaken (spelling?) for the next season. A LOT of parts are not available for bikes at the moment, all the shops are running out of stock on HD and after market stuff. I myself am waiting on khrome werks 4.5 HP Plus in chrome (I can find the black ones everywhere....) and I am waiting on component speakers from Ground Zero. also waiting on 3 Recluse parts to come in, EVERYthing seems to be about middle of April.

Transition Sunglasses are the best and if you keep them in the case, they wont be scratched. Best of both worlds. And i have a prescription so it work out even better. You can get them from Harley or your regular Eye Doctor.

Actually I would go to Advanblack, much better quality parts than Amazon, and still cheaper than Harley. I am not a fan of the "kits." I would get the hardware from Advanblack and the license relo from Custom Dynamics.
