We saw how hal played with another top IGL in sweet back in twitchrivals placing 1st considering that sweet was doing most of the IGLing leaving hal a lot of chances to focus on his gameplay. That being said Zero and Sweet are different people so we'll probably see how this will go for DZ

From my understanding Dezign is being trialed because of the contesting problem TSM always has and Dezign is going for the cash. Hal is leaving because he is looking for working in the best team and there's no question DZ is now the best team and it's going through it's confirmation process of that claim and it's looking to be a positive assessment. Huge shoutout to Toast for supporting another e-sport team even though it's costing him thousands of dollars to do it.

Dezign said on stream he would only trial with another team if he had a chance to play with Verhulst, who he was wanting to pick up when he was on G2 before TSM got Verhulst years ago, and Reps since they're good friends and game with each other.

DZ was doing great without Hal already. This is a selfish move from Hal, he got an “upgrade”. From being in the bottom teams to now getting top 5, Hal has saved his image by joining DZ and made Reps & Verhulst looks bad (as if they both were “underperforming “/ “holding hal back”)

Reps was definitely the weak link in most fights, but I would bet that Hal wanted to take a step back from being an IGL. I think it was a good move for him even tho I hate DZ

They are a professional esport athletes. They should take care of themselves and their career. Each of them. Just like Hal accepting DZ offer, Reps and Verlhust also have the same right. Hal was profesional throughout and not creating any drama and problem to force his move. His contract was just running out and he accepted a contract from another org. There's nothing wrong with that.

Was watching Verhulst stream yesterday and I saw them TDM with the “new DZ,” and I hated it. Hal was always complaining about how TSM was bad at taking fights recently and so this just felt like a slap on the face from Hal. TSM was losing badly and it was like Hal saying “this is why I left you guys.”

I’ve killed designful a bunch of times, he’s not as great as he thinks he is. Great igl yes, mechanically.. just another roller brain. You need ur incredible mechanical ability to match ur incredible comms, he lacks those crazy beams thinks he can roll through pro teams with a sniper.. I wonder why? Becuse if you hit your snipe you don’t need a crazy beams, so many better snipers than him would even consider him a goat at sniping, sniping is an mnk forte he’s got it all wrong, also was it just me or was He the one going down first a lot I trials too?
