When you are bottoming, as someone else mentioned increasing the fiber in your diet is the best way. Douching can also introduce bacterial infections which can create a long-term health issue. Try these ways of introducing fiber: Eat a fiber gummy with every meal, snack on granola and/or almonds throughout the day and avoid high-fat snacks like potato chips, add spinach or some whole fruits to your meals as well, and last, do not drink alcohol as it is a diuretic and will naturally create a problem you don't want to clean up 😂 Fiber takes longer to digest and keeps your stool firm so there is almost never any mess.

This video was incredibly informative and an eye-opener for many aspects I wasn’t even aware of, like the bizarre kink of intentionally transmitting diseases-so cruel. On a more positive note, nowadays, men often make it a point to get tested before engaging in any intimate activities, at least here in India. As a bottom, when Nic discussed our insecurities and the pressure to do things for our partner or ourselves, it truly resonated with me. Sometimes, I'd miss deep cleaning myself-not that I wasn't clean, but just missed a step. The man I was with at the time didn’t care when I confessed this. He dismissed it by pulling me close and saying, “It’s just sex, remember NSA.” I felt irresponsible and foolish for trying to be considerate toward someone who didn’t appreciate the gesture. It was disgusting, but I was also proud of myself for addressing it with him and leaving the room after his reaction. I felt like I set a great example for my community, showing that maintaining our dignity, even in small ways like keeping our privates clean, is important. By standing firm on this, we demonstrate to the world that we are a responsible community and prioritize hygiene. This helps ensure we aren’t taken for granted or looked down upon, proving that we deserve respect and shouldn’t be seen as willing to accept anything without regard for our well-being.

For clean up, psyllium husk as good fiber to take. Some take it as metamucil forms while I like a tablets. Apples is a cheap and good source of fiber to add to your diet. Get a wet wipes for quick clean up as well. If you have fibrous diet, douching isn't necessary.
