On the court and how they determine support, all factors held constant (I e assuming no corruption, no disappearance of files, no changes of judges every so often etc), what he says would make sense. However, are all factors 'held constant'? Before asking people to be honest, would the court process be foolproof? From where I sit and given our 'justice' system, it's not worth suing someone. Besides, life is not about money. It's about relationship. So what if the child gets 7k per month support but never has a relationship with the dad because the dad wants nothing to do with it? Court processes enforce laws at the expense of relationships. If there can be mediation outside anything to do with court, the better. Btw before you run to court, be informed that it's not as straightforward and smooth as it's made to sound in this discussion. It's lengthy, can take years, emotionally and financially draining. The people who will urge you to go to court will be nowhere to be found during the process. Be warned 🙂 Watch USA divorce courts, child support courts, a complete mess. Yet they are developed, sembuse Sisi?
