Nick you’re setting an AWESOME example for new guys like myself coming up in the gym dropping the ego, not chasing numbers on the dumbbells & lifting with great form, control & proper contraction! Usually we see it from veterans later in their career but you’re starting at the perfect time 💪👑

Love to see guys who train smart.. instead of just using their ego. Sure it’s great to challenge yourself with some heavy ass weight, but when that’s all you do, because you simply can’t bring yourself to lighten the weight because either of yourself/ or what other people will possibly think of you lol 🤦🏼‍♂️ Obviously, strength training is different. I’m not saying that I’ve never been there.. so I get it!! Think most of us have at some point or another. Anyone who’s a serious lifter has at some point, most likely. Nick in my opinion is one of the very best to watch and learn from. He knows his shit.. and his form is awesome. I’ve been training for almost 40 years… a very serious/intense guy.. who’s always been consistent.Training has always been my passion. I’ve relearned some shit watching Nick.. and it’s really made a BIG difference in the effectiveness of my training. Thank you Nick!! I don’t think perhaps you realize just how much of an impact that you have on your audience. You’re awesome bro. Wish you the best in both bodybuilding, as well as life itself!! 💪🏻😎

I see guys a quarter of your size in my gym pressing 90s for a few terrible reps, thinking it's the key to developing a big chest. You're living proof that you don't need to go super heavy to build an impressive body, and that using a moderate weight you can control for 10-15 reps is the way to go.

Nick, I heard on the Flex Lewis podcast that if you didn't win this next Mr Olympia you were going to retire. Please don't. Ask God almighty for a lot of TENACITY. That's what Jay Cutler had in his heart and mind at all times to defeat Ronnie Coleman after so many years of war on a stage. So I wish that at this moment you have more faith than Abraham (bible character) and more tenacity than Jay Cutler so that you see that at any moment you will win because in the Mr. Olympia the winner should be a real monster like you.

I miss the old videos so much. These honestly aren't even worth watching. The guy use to dumbells and shoulder press with 150s, I think I've even seen him use 175s. He use to shoulder press on the Smith machine with 405 for 10reps. And now he doesn't do shoulder presses at all? Nick just doesn't get it, he got to where he is because he had a freak factor. He had freaky body parts and was always in great shape. No he's bringing up the weaker body parts by letting the dominant ones get smaller? That might work for someone with a great shape but Nick's structure sucks and he needs to have those freaky body parts. And the videos? Why can't his camera guy follow him around the gym and just tape the workout? No stupid editing just record the whole friggin workout. I never thought I'd enjoy watching Hunter or Samson or Derek more than Nick but these little 12 min videos just suck and you barely see him doing anything. He talked about Regan not being 100% into it but he's the one who seems to be rushing everything.

@AZeneki everytime Nick loses he changes something. He changes where he lives, his trainers, his training style. It commendable that he wants to improve but he's too damn impatient. Why would you change everything when you just brought your best package to the Olympia? Does he really think these RP guys figured out something that know other bodybuilder has been able to figure out for 75 years? Sorry I've been watching Nick since the North Americans and I have a pretty good eye for bodybuilding and I just don't see the progress Nick is claiming. And personally I think he knows it and that's why you rarely see his legs, that's why these videos are so short and barely show anything. Nick use to post update after update. I truly hope he proves this training works and he wins, but I watch the other guys training and I just can't see it. Last year I thought he won. He was the most complete guy on that stage. He got cheated because of his structure and it sucks. This year even Hunter is good enough to challenge Nick. Nick has got to be significantly better to stay in that top 3. So does Derek and so does Hadi.
