I think, the huge part of Nicki's success is coming from her personality. She's such a wonderful person and who watches these videos, everybody senses it. The same is true about her family, friends and Holly is just adorable. Of course, her talent, intelligence, attractiveness and her lifestyle helps. After so many months of watching her vlog I'm still so excited to watch the new one and every time I have a feeling that she's my friend. Our attitude when we go is to live as close as we can like a local. We love to explore all the back streets and off road places. I lucked upon Nicki’s videos a while ago. I love the natural way she comes across in her videos. She took a beautiful place and made it come alive! My dad was from a small town in the hills above the Amalfi coast. So much of what Nicki portrays is what I remember of my dad and mom. I have watched Nicki for years now The first attraction was a little dog and a beautiful lady who intrigued me ..After a few views I found myself looking forward to them . WHY.? I found Nicki's channel at the start of the Pandemic and just love watching her life in Positano. I cannor wait until Aussies can travel overseas again as Positano is on the "Must see" list. I have been to Rome, Naples, Pompei and Cinque Terre in the past but Positano looks beautiful. Plus I love when she cooks using home grown produce or when she includes Carlo in the cooking and his son Tomasso (who is a Chef). She shows simple food using simple ingredients and anyone can make the dishes and they are delicious.

I was with tears at the end when Nicki questioned herself about the worth of her doing the videos because for me she has become my Italian entertainment! I live alone (in Florida) and with no grandchildren or close friends here. I do have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law here, but during Covid I isolated. So, every Sunday during my dinner I go to Nicki and Carlo's house and watch their life, and then I'm not alone. My kids do too and my friend in Michigan, so after we watch it we talk about the video. Oh my we too found Nicky 2019..I had been following how CV was unfolding in Italy and somehow the algorithm found Nicky…this was just before we had lockdown….and I too felt alone in lockdown and these regular videos were like a friend sending a message ..seeing life in Italy in lockdown helped.. Like you we enjoy sharing their life….we live by the sea in a town popular with tourists and we too are up a hill ..and are glad we have no steps like Nicky. Like many people we gardened in lockdown and grew fruit and vegetables ..but no chickens..but I have a stone one ..so can present 😜 we are living their life..almost. ..can’t grow lemons…and brought a fake lemon plant in the sales last year..

Been following Nicki and Carlo for more than 2 years- love that she has shared her region- the local natural and cultural assets, the gardens, the food- restaurants and home cooked, and how she supports the local businesses- crafts people and art-music- and products. It's so much fun to become familiar with a place- I have never visited. During covid she and the diaries became important for me in a new way- I'm in my 70s and live alone. I was estranged from family- because of the virus and these videos were a real life line. So- thank you Nicki and Carlo! I Love dear Holly too.

I met Nicki at her house for a makeup lesson in 2019 and have been obsessed with the place ever since and through her am able to relive my holiday everyday. We went to her house and looked at her gardens. My husband swam in her pool. We were staying in Montepertuso so we walked down her steps everyday (and caught the bus up). I love love love her videos and she really is the most beautiful person inside and out!!

Nicki as happy follower of You, Carlo, Holly, Sky , Family, Friends etc..including the cats and chickens.. the honesty of actual daily living is the garden, vegetables and fruit trees, canning, cooking and interaction with locals says it all. Dressing beautifully and a lovely coiffure is suitable for formal occasions is nice. But- a BIG BUT, The DRAWING CARD for 'POSITANO DIARIES' IS THE AUTHENTIC LIFE STYLE. MUSIC, FOOD, CHEESE SHOPS , THE SEA, THE ARTS - THE ADVENTURES OUT HIKES, MOUTAINS.. THE BEAUTY OF POSITANO AND ITALIA IS THE GOOD LIFE. Keeping it real and away from dreamy fantasy is fantastic. The adventures are great - the spontaneity from the fun loving Italian people is Italia. It's wonderful to see the fun and play amidst a hard days work.. Carlo laughing, teasing and stealing a kiss - Now, that's Italia. It was understood " the bucket lists" for most it seems the 7 day ..two week tours are regimented by the tour companies. For many it is their one time trip of a life time. Nicki you are a tremendously talented woman. I thank you for filling our days with joy.

I came across Nicki several months ago and everything said about Nicki and her generosity with life rings true. We are coming to Amalfi next year for part of our first and maybe only trip overseas, and sadly we will not have as much time as I'd like to really dig into the many places shared.
