The way you introduce Admiral Sturgeon by playing him off as stiff and rigid with an uncompromising train of thought, only to develop him further in the same volume to show there’s more than just surface level to him(doing my best to avoid spoilers here), makes him one of my top 10 favs maybe even top 5 in your series. I always read his lines with a Michael Ironside impression.

That's EXACTLY the actor I've always had in mind for his voice. And yeah, Sturgeon really is just looking out for Minnow here, thinking she's being exploited by Onora (and to a degree, she is/they are).

I actually quite like Minnow’s design as is. It’s a bit concerning to see that some people only want to see women in fictional stories that meet their types of high beauty standards.

Well, it is fiction, fantasy, it's not meant to reflect reality, thats what reality is for. Same way I'd draw myself as a well built man, even though I am skinny and frail due to reasons. I want to see ideals, be swept away into a fantasy world where I don't have to think about the sad reality of things. Obviously, If the story demands it and it works, go for it.

The image of Minnow shown at the end of every video always captivated me. The one with her closed eyes and her suit disassembling in a dark blue void of the deep sea. Sorta looks like she is meditating or ruminating, peaceful and yet determined. Its probably one of my favorite Planet Ripple art.

It's her normal bionic limbs disintegrating, but close enough. I wanted to show that while those are temporary and easily broken, Minnow is enduring

Minnow looks great as she is. I honestly don’t like when creators think they have to design a character with impossible beauty standards. Minnow’s design feels more natural and realistic because her beauty isn’t overdone

Personally (and this is out of the mouth of a ten year old boy) volume 2 log 1 has the best log cover in the whole volume and it is one of the best volume.
