Doing those 400s back to back with only 2 minutes of recovery is insane. I had a 3x400m workout with 10-12 minute rest and I still felt dead. Was high school but still. That is insane. I definitely enjoyed this one more than the first- I think because of the length of time. Watching 9 miles with Conner and Clayton was a slog. But also I liked how we knew what the workout was before it started here, and got thoughts behind the training from Mike Smith. As a viewer I want to know what the paces they are supposed to hit are, and the purpose behind the workout. Great work!

I guess I have not posted this. I remember when Nico was fresh on campus and the running press (hats off to Flo-track!) had Nico fever. Mike Smith was very protective of him; knowing it was a huge adjustment for him to adjust to college life and 7,000 feet in the same moment. When you fast forward 4 years to see him lead teams to titles (the only point at NAU) and now individual titles and American records, it’s been pretty fuckin amazing to watch. Roll Nico.

Look up the saphenous nerve. And how to do nerve flossing. Cupping and taping the nerve track is helpful as well. When its entrapped in tissue it can create a good amount of knee tightness and also mimic plantar fasciitis symptoms. Good thing is it's easy to treat.
@iba764811 ай бұрын
@722.fxbien2 It might be the MCL. 1. Find a video on how to kynesiotape it. 2. Get the right shoes. The problem may appear when your foot overpronates when it rolls and that's when you strain the MCL
