Oooweee! My legs, from glutes to pinky toe were trembling in the last set of deadlift rows. So challenging but I feel great after finishing. Tysm Nicole. Another awesome workout!

Great workout!!! Your workouts would be A++++ if you didn't use the left-right verbal cues bc we're seeing the exact opposite of what you're saying. I've just been following your leg arm cues visually....but at first it was confusing. Other than that, awesome!

I'm always backwards because I work in physical therapy and when someone says left, I go with their anatomical left. 😂

It's a tough call! If I cue my right as right then it's backward when I'm facing the camera. If I cue my right as left then it's backward when I'm facing the side. I try to cue for the body position I'll be in for the bulk of class.

I like mirroring. It makes sense to me. Especially with the more complicated moves.
