I've been a fan of Nigella for many year now. She's such a home cooks favorite, laid back......

After all these years, I still LOVE that Library dining room.

"These are fairytale peaches" - I mean, who else can talk like that? How beautiful. She speaks like beautiful poetry.

See, I find it tiring. Way too wordy. Sometimes salt is just salt, it’s not a heavenly sprinkle reminiscent of snowflakes from blah blah blah. Just say “salt”. It’s cloying.

I love that way she describe her ingredients and how she use her words and how she make her salads and dishes ❤😮😊

This was her Shepherd's Bush home. I adore the whole house; as well as the garden.

And I love her point about dried herbs. She’s right about people being snobs about them when really they are perfect for certain dishes.
@biendereviere Жыл бұрын
She’s so damn right 😍❤️ Everything has his use some recipes demand fresh, others dried which is pure logic!

She also complained about people being snobs about frozen peas bought at the supermarket and Rosé wine. 😅😂

The Amish have a church picnic chicken that is cooked with paprika and onions so that the caramelized onions create a flavorful, sticky coating. The dish is meant to be served room temperature.

I would salt the grated courgettes and keep it covered for half an hour. It would leach all its juices which I would squeeze out. Easy peasy.

Oh I wish I saw this episode before I had to toss my nectarines I would’ve used the peach recipe for them. They were underripe forever and then started rotting when they ripened like within a day. I was so sad to throw them away. I hate throwing away food.

Why you won't upload episodes of Nigella's kitchen? Is it because they are R rated?
@dlsdyer90713 жыл бұрын
Nigella Lawson has those episodes on her own channel. It most likely is a copyright issue.
