There is still pink in the middle portions...is it fully cooked?! May be it is another way of cooking steaks... but I prefer fully cooked ones

nazma khan Nigella seems to prefer her steaks rare, which to me is nearly raw. I ate well done steaks forever and I've worked tolerance level down to medium well but I doubt it will go any further. Cutting into a steak and seeing red meat and/or a plate of blood is very unappetizing to me.
@roadlesstaken60065 жыл бұрын
@@szqsk8 same here .... I think when a meet is fully cooked with right proportions of herbs and spices then that's a feast of our taste buds. That heat of the spices, juicy meat, right seasoning to give it a top notch..goodness I can't express more.
@Rik774 жыл бұрын
Steak is horrible fully cooked, it would be chewy snd hard. Pink or red like this is much better. Dark meats like beef snd lamb should be safe to eat like that. In Belgium people eat beef steak completely raw.

@@roadlesstaken6006 sounds like a recipe of ruining a good steak. Good beef only needs salt and pepper with a little butter to taste good. Spices and overcooking it will lead to tough meat and a loss of the original flavour of the marbling

no, you don't put fish sauce in korean bbq. in fact, korean do not use fish sauce at all. we do have fermented shrimp sauce which is korean equivalent to fish sauce but still not with this. no, you need much more sugar. no, you forgot minced garlic. no, you forgot syrup. no, you forgot grinded pear. no, you forgot sesami oil. whatever that thing you made hardly counts as something korean. do you ever study or look up things that you do not know??
@Lauralinkola Жыл бұрын
That’s … not Korean barbecue…. And those sad looking things are not Chinese “pancakes”…. Or proper flatbread…. Looks good but that’s just because the meat is good
