I’m 7 on 7 off too.. my 4th years and now starting to hit the wall. I feel exactly the same about switching schedule back and forth

I'm a pharmacist but pharmacy is NOT my life. I choose to spend my free time creating content for this channel so sometimes I cover pharmacy topics, sometimes I am sharing what I am doing in my personal life like attending a rocket launch I was invited to attend by NASA. I hope it reminds pharmacy students and pharmacists the importance of having hobbies and interests outside of the pharmacy! 😊

Does night got the pays more than day shift?

It depends on the hospital. Some pay shift differential, others do not.

I want to become a clinical pharmacist in USA.i want to know about some of the masters programs that helps to become a clinical pharmacist apart from licencing exams (like Naplex and FPGEE). I am a pharm. D graduate from India. Please reply 🙏🏻🙏🏻 please

I would not suggest a masters program if you want to be a clinical pharmacist. I recommend residency training. However, I don't know the requirements for graduates outside the US. Visit www.ashp.org for more information

You need a residency to become a clinical pharmacist

You do not need a residency to become a clinical pharmacist, but it does make it easier to get a position. I work with several clinical pharmacist who do not have residency, and some of them are recent grads!

I was working in a hospital pharmacy, which are more likely to be open 24/7. I'm sure there are still some 24 hour retail pharmacy locations, but since the pandemic, I have seen less of them.

Do all clinical pharmacist work the night shift?

I was hired specifically for that shift, but many hospitals have a rotation for night shift coverage for vacation, sick days, etc. Most clinical pharmacists I know have had to cover at least a few night shifts
