Big Baby is going to a minimum security Federal prison, aka Federal Prison Camp since he was was convicted of a white collar crime... There's no perimeter fences, no cells(its almost all dorm style housing) and no locked doors.... Almost all the inmates have short sentences or are winding down long sentences and were transferred to these types of facilities, so serious assaults and fights are almost unheard of..... There's no inmates with violence housed in these places, no gang members, no mobsters, no rapists, no killers, etc.. The atmosphere in these minimum facilities are way more relaxed and chill.. You can practically walk off any federal camp if you wish to, there's no watchtowers and razor wires... And the only time you have to be on your bunk is for the three counts daily, ,rest of the time you can be on the rec yard, watch t.v, be on the phones or be at the library... It's still prison but you're free to do as you like, and the food is also much better than FCI or USP...
