Based on Sayu's story, it sounds like the problem is a mix of toxic office politics, power dynamics in the workplace, and internet overreaction. Why did a manager get angry when she contacted another manager? The reason is any workplace with multiple managers comes with a struggle for power between managers who fight to promote themselves to a higher position. The power dynamic between manager and regular workers are not the same. Managers follow order from higher up. Manager will throw lower level workers under bus to protect their position. I think the reason some ex-talents don't even contract Sayu, they fear the negative reception that could destroy their career as content creators. This scary part since it address the type of fans, what is fan base that content creator create. Many people will not want to risk their career to help someone else out or stand for right thing. There are good people willing stay up to crowd or their superior to defend someone, but it rare. Edit: In time, when ex-talents are more stable in their success, they may contract her. This could take 2 to 6 years.

The only Niji talent I still like and watch sometimes is Alban. He's been discourse-free his entire run and has never gossipped or said anything nasty behind anyone's backs. There's others who seem decent too like Scarle, Rosemi, Petra, and people tell me Shu and Vanta are decent people too. I hope they'll be okay. Also Sayu really went through a lot... She has said foolish things in the past, but that's not enough to justify the amount of bullying and bad rep she got. She's been working to be a better person.

I have stopped watching vtubers since yugo graduation (or more like termination? Idk). Since then, only casually watch their clips (only when it comes in my page, i don’t actively try to search for it). But before that, i enjoyed watching shu, alban, fulgur, sonny, and oliver evans from niji jp. As for now, the vtubers who i used to like but now i feel indifference with - but still respect are probably oliver evans, shu, and alban? More like bcs idk and haven’t heard anything bad about them… yet. For sonny and fulgur… idk, it seems like a grey area.

I only watch Aia but I have respect for Ren, Scarle, Shu, Fulgur, and Rosemi. Maybe Elira purely depending on if my own theories about her are correct but she’s in a grey area rn. However I don’t dislike anyone in EN except Finana, Luca, Vox, Uki, and Hex. I still respect Reimu and Scarle. Admittedly, I don't know a lot about Rosemi or Maria, but I've seen things that make me believe in them. I also believe in Sonny, despite his past, because I feel like he's changed a lot since those days. Sad to say that I lost respect in Millie and Enna... I know Millie gets a lot of shit for shilling for Kurosanji despite everything and Enna's PR is crap because she doesn't think about how her words can be interpreted, but that's not even what made me lose respect for them. Them being nepo-babies and forming the core of Elira's clique are what did it for me. I have zero tolerance for bullying, especially the kind that leads to attempts. The only way I'd gain any respect for them back is if they completely disavowed Elira and cut ties with her, but apparently the three of them have been close friends IRL since way before Niji, so I don't expect that to ever happen.

At first people thought it was exaggeration from her, but it was obvious that it’s true. Once again this proves that as long as nijisanji exists, the universe itself will know no peace, and no, this DOES include the livers. Just like before, only Shu, Aia, Maria, Petra, Scarle and Rosemi can be spared and saved from Divine wrath, everyone else is either going to suffer the wrath of a god, or the gods can spare them should they choose to. Nijisanji has proven to be a plague on this world. Treachery, deception, manslaughter, terrorists, the list goes on describing what Nijisanji is. It must be destroyed entirely and all this only serves to prove that point.
