@@michaelrodriguezsilva3062 frontiers has better graphics there’s no doubt in that department at all, but not only is it not THAT much better than unleashed (frontiers looks like early gen ps4 / Xbox one game), the artstyle is very bland and uninspiring. Frontiers is definitely a step in the right direction but the conversation surrounding the game is going to change DRASTICALLY over the next couple years. Get ready for the “frontiers wasn’t good actually” video essays. I think it’s just okay. It’s the best we’ve gotten in years which is good but it doesn’t excuse the fact that for 5 years they have a 7/10 game.

@@dramigo3024 problem with Unleashed is that the Werehog mode was not executed well at all, it takes like 15-20+ minutes to complete each level on the first playthrough and Werehog takes up 2/3 of the gameplay. The beat-em-up style just doesn’t feel as good or satisfying as most other things in the genre, either. It’s a slog for most people, which is why it wasn’t well-received and most people only reminisce the non-werehog portions of the game. Classic Sonic at least was only half the game, and it didn’t feel like a complete momentum killer. Not as polished as the Classic games, including the level design being a big downgrade, but it still felt decent

I love seeing this great gem of a game the story and everything leading up to this epic battle this is definitely a sonic game done right and I love how sonic unleashed is not an easy game it's actually challenging compared to your boring sonic forces just boost through generic robots to the finish line. If they was able to make great gems such as unleashed I wish they can make a different gem as well.

Sonic Frontiers on the other had had two great challenging and engaging boss fights. The true final boss while it looked disappointing it did deliver on the challenge. A game alone is no fun if theres no challenge

@@JayceCH. not lame as heck. The Chip part of the fight is actually better imo since u get to fight dark Gaia personally instead of QTEs. The Sonic section is almost the same so it doesn’t really matter. Both Super Sonic sections are a bit lame tho. One is just hit the targets, the other is boost. I’d say the Wii/PS2 version beats this version out just a bit.

For the first two phases where Sonic has to hit Dark Gaia's eyes, you have 20 seconds, as for the third phase, you have 35 seconds. If the timer reaches 0, Dark Gaia will blast you, costing a life. If Sonic falls while attempting to reach Dark Gaia, that will also cost a life. In the battle where you play as Super Sonic, if either Super Sonic or the Gaia Colossus' Health Bar depletes, you have to restart. The same thing happens if both Health Bars reach 0.
