ശെരിക്കും പെട്ടു... ഇപ്പോഴാണ് ലോണിനെ ഞാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയത്. 3.5 വർഷം ഞാൻ loan അടച്ചു. ഞാൻ വെറുതെ calculate ചെയ്ത് നോക്കിയപ്പോ 16 ലക്ഷം വരെ ഞാൻ അടച്ചു പക്ഷെ principle amountil നിന്നും 1.5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രമാണ് കുറഞ്ഞത്.. തല കറങ്ങി ഇരിക്കുകയാണ്.. എന്താ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എന്നറിയില്ല... ദയവായി loan ആരും എടുക്കരുത് 😢😢.. Trap ആണ്... ഞാൻ property വിൽക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.. ഇനിയും വയ്യാ... ഒരിക്കലും ഇനി ലോണിന് ഞാൻ ഇല്ല...

ഒരിക്കലും ഇല്ല കറക്റ്റ് എല്ലാമാസവും അടച്ചുപോയാൽ പറഞ്ഞ അതെ ഡേറ്റിൽ ലോൺ തീരും, ഞങ്ങൾ എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്, ഒരു മാസം അടച്ചിട്ട് അടുത്ത 2മാസം അടയ്ക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ 2മാസത്തെ കാശിന് പകരം 3മാസം അടയ്‌ക്കേണ്ട തുകഅടക്കേണ്ടി വരും പക്ഷെ അത് 2മാസത്തെ തുക മാത്രമേ അവിടെ ചെല്ലു ബാക്കി പലിശയും പിഴപ്പലിശയും ആയിപ്പോകും,

My experience. I had taken house loan and paid back. In 2007 I needed loan 5 lakhs for upstairs. Bank was happy to give long term loan 15 years. I was able to force the bank give loan for five years. Believe me the emi would have been almost same. My reason was I was retiring in five years. I p😊aid back everything before retirement. Everybody happy. Jai Hind.
