Wish I was just starting my introduction to NIИ. You should have seen it as it was happening. Every show and every Halo you could get your hands on. Ministry and Skinny Puppy too. Good times.

It really was epic wasn't it? :) The Halo marketing strategy. All the controversy swirling around THE DOWNWARD SPIRAL tour, watching someone insanely talented get even more talented as he started producing movie soundtracks. Good stuff. I was born in 1976 so I caught all of it in there late 80's and the 90's.

trent reznor the sole member of NIN is musical genius of our time. never have disappointed in his almost 40 year career. nine inch nails is also known for their tight and perfect live performances. i do recommend you check their vevo live concert.

"XXX" nightclub. That's what first got me into Rammstein. (BANG BANG) LOL This one is right in your face with noise and attitude amped up with angry screaming. Yet it really appealed to me. Might be because of my mood at the moment. Nice one. TTFN

Hey, I'd like to recommend a band, Pain of Salvation. I might have requested them before haha, but I just saw them live and wow, what a performance, so I think you'd like their stuff. They are considered progressive, but they explore so many music genres from album to album. I would suggest checking out King of Loss as a start, then songs like Iter Impius, Reconciliation, or Eleven. Although it's always best to listen a full album at a time due to the conceptual side of it, these songs are good for a taste :)

This is one of those songs that everyone pretty much goes "wtf is this" and then they love it regardless. This whole album isn't bad though. Pretty hate machine is a classic though. The whole album.
