I just made this, delicious. Our no messy tin tip is to place the whole tin in a pan of hot / boiling water to soften the treacle then it spoons out of the tin easily and no messing tin. Let us know when the books ready.

I've only recently found your channel and really enjoying all the different recipes you are cooking. Lots of ideas. I have the Ninja Speedie and steam roasted a chicken, it was delicious and cooked so quickly. The ginger cake looked good, one of my favourites.

It produces 15-20minute meals. You can cook rice, pasta, grains etc on the bottom and your proteins on the top. You have a flip switch on the top to change to air fry, slow cook, etc. A great cooker. I bought it only recently so have lots of experimenting to do.

What size loaf tin did you use, Susannah? Both of mine are a bit too wide for the 15 in 1.

I use the Ninja loaf tin that comes in the bakeware set. It’s 21.5cm x 11.5cm x 7.5cm

Hi Susanna. Recently found your channel and am really loving your recipes. I baked the ginger cake today and the flavour is lovely. I don’t know why but the cake cracked on the top and split a bit. Maybe I was a bit generous with the bicarb.

Hi Susanna, thanks for this, one of the things I requested. Will deffo have a go at this using my free "ultimate baking bundle" I love bought Jamaica ginger cake as a pudding with rum sauce so I'm sure I will luv this it looks amazing.
