Thank you. I will try this. Drove to work this morning with TCS light stuck on and my 2012 pathfinder was stuck in limp mode. Will drive it to the nearest auto part store after work to get this can of cleaner. Check engine light was on too. Checked code and it was a P0101 which is mass air flow sensor issue.

@@codyrockwood15 Yes. Would stall out some times. Cleaning the mass air flow sensor with that cleaner fixed it. Although I drive a new Titan now lol..

I've heard I should unhook the battery after any MAF work and leave it off for 15 minutes, then reattach and go for a five mile drive above 25 mph to re-set the ECU to the new MAF numbers...is this necessary?

I am getting a P0102 code and losing power sometimes when I try to accelerate. I tried cleaning, but didn't use 1/2 can so I don't know whether I need to clean it again or get a new MAF? It appeared to be very clean.

Great video, also question I watched both your videos on cleaning the throttle body and the sensor, I did exactly as you did and used the same CRC cleaner. After driving my truck for the first week every thing seemed to be working nice and smoothly once again. But then suddenly I started having the same issue where my RPMs would fluctuate oddly again, what do you recommend I should check for this time? Thanks again

You need to do the Idle relearn process. Cleaning the MAF and throttle body will throw off the readings because the truck is used to those being dirty. Follow the idle relearn/reprogram process

CRC MAF Sensor Cleaner directions suggests cleaning should occur every time you install a new (or clean if you have a K&N) air cleaner filter.

Thanks God this truck is a nightmare. Bad radiator caused need for transmission rebuild, bad crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, ecu failure, new driveshaft ughhh!!

A simple 100 radiator or trans cooler relocate would have saved all those problems. Very easy to avoid. Cam sensors are easy repair, use quality oem sensors and its a one time repair. Unfortunately, lack of knowledge or awareness of how easy it is to avoid these issues, has caused thousands of trans replacements and people stressing over a simple camshaft sensor. Mechanics should be more proactive and educate their customers on how to maintain their vehicles. But owners usually wouldn't listen anyways

check the codes....you can go to most any parts store and they will do it for free. That should narrow things down but this if you are having the check engine light coming on
