YES, YES, YES I am interested in the nitric oxide device. I am three times older than you so I would like to know if I am producing any nitric oxide and if I can improve it. Another great video.

Love this! Most succinct you've presented to date on NO! Really makes it accessible, even without synthetic supplements/tech intervention. Anyone can access ways to boost it! Thanks Dr, Van Dyken!

Those Foods rich in nitrates are also extremely high in oxalates. I don’t know why every time I hear someone in the health industry talk about just how beneficial these foods are that they don’t also give the caveat that one should make sure they’re metabolizing oxalates with no issues
@NibiruMan14 ай бұрын
You don't have to get your nitrates thru FOOD!

YES to the NO monitor Video please. FYI I am very sensitive to Oxalates also the actual NO3 you expect in Both Veg and Supplements Vary greatly and in many cases you are not getting much. I just stared DR Bryans NO Lozenges and so far so good. Its EXPENSIVE but I thought it was worth a try. Would like to try your NO monitor while I use the NO Lozenge supplement . I think NO might prove to be even more profound to health Span than NAD precursors! I also think that PHARMA grade Drugs and Supplements are the way to go in the future.

Absolutely interested. Have always believed that our bodies slowly suffocate as we age. Occurring across many years as we accumulate blockages and arterial stiffness and reduced cardio output. NO therapies and measurements would help a lot.

My NO monitor is the veins on the back of my hands...When you stand they should get big and fat...and when you lye down they should get small...Just keep your nitrates up and don't worry about it!!!

Curious whether N-O is increasingly bound up within mitochondria as a feature of aging? In a similar vein, is the effect of red light / NIR causing the disassociation of N-O for oxygen within the mitochondria as the mechanism for the beneficial effects of Photobiomodulation on ATP production? Thanks for your informative videos

What do you know about the nitric oxide exercise dump? Is this a good practice or a bad practice?

I'm doing a combined breathhold-humming exercise that does wonders for my seasonal allergy, relieving all the worst symptoms (sneezing, itchy eyes, shortness of breath). If humming increases NO, and NO dilates vessels, what might explain the decongestant effect I'm experiencing? Isn't it paradoxical?
@williamdyer39994 ай бұрын
Good to hear that the breathing helps. I know this I’ll do it ! For the first one in fifty years I have allergies again . I go all natural on as the prescription drugs don’t help and cause some side effects that are unpleasant and noticeable. Herbs and essential oils are my go to right now. I also I know meditation relaxes the body and sinuses. Very helpful Thank you Peace Always 🙏

👉 Thank you doc for this information. So what about exercise? Supposedly, there's a direct clinical correlation between exercise and the body's ability to produce more nitric oxide.
@outofthedoldrums4 ай бұрын
Hi, yes there is a direct clinical correlation between exercise and NO production, because skeletal muscle is reservoir for NO. Here is a video I made on it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIXPZ3SCjseFqpo
