How do you classify beginners and intermediates??? Is it depends upon the training experience of a individual? If yes, then how much?

Beginners are usually those with about 1 year of weight training experience or lesser. Intermediates would have about 2-4 years of training experience

a beginner would be anyone who has weight training experience of 1 year or less. intermediates would have an experience of 2-4 years, and experts would have more than 4 years of experience- a veteran lifter would be nearing his genetic potential of bodybuilding.

Lean mass means more muscle and minimal amount of fat, you can gain muscles by doing workout and by focusing on your diet you can loose excess amount of fat (if you are bulky/fat).

Do we need to sleep for straight 8 hours to ensure proper recovery of muscles or is it possible to take segmented sleep of 4 and 4 hours??????????

I won't recommend segmented sleep as it lessens the amount of deep sleep you get. try not sleeping during the afternoons and reduce caffeine so that you get better sleep at night (a minimum of 6-9 hr)

Sir which is good for long term , is it men's physique or classic physique or open bodybuilding ? If someone leave competing after a period of time then he leaves steroids so the muscle mass will also decrease or it will decrease with age ?

when you're entering in an open physique, your competitors are probably going to have a lot of muscle mass, it doesn't need to be perfectly aesthetic (for example ronnie coleman type bods). in open physique, you're gonna have to put your body under a lot of strain to gain a ton of lean muscle mass. Classic physique on the other hand requires lean body with genetic aesthetics- such as a great v taper (for example Cbum, Arnold, Steve reeves, Frank Zane). your competitors are gonna have those greek god type bodies, with good muscle mass and really low fat. I'd suggest the Classic physique if you've got good genetics such as abs and a V taper, because open bodybuilding can really fuck your body up long term
