Looks so good I am definitely going to make this one, I love anything lemon. I also make the same with the pudding and the whip cream then I slice an angel food cake in half and put a layer inside and use the rest to frost the outside of the cake. It is so good yummy.

This looks pretty amazing Catherine!😍 I love that it's no bake and so easy to make!😘 For the longest time I didn't like anything lemon except for a squirt on my fish or lemon chicken!🍋 Then one day a friend brought a moist lemon cake and I cut a piece to give to someone and just took a bite. I ended up eating the whole piece and was ready for more!😋 Since then I've been trying all sorts of lemon things!😚 I've made many lemon desserts for my nephews but I had never eaten any of them. Now I'm ready to try all of them!🤤 I make a lot of dishes like this one where I layer cookies on the bottom. I'll use almond cookies when I make cherry type desserts!🍒 I'll use coconut cookies with coconut pudding!☺️ You talked about how much Thomas loves these treats! Not only does he love them, they're Thomas approved!🤩 Since I'm now enjoying lemon, I'm definitely going to have to make this!😉 If you have a Dollar Tree close by, they have Cool Whip in the freezer section and it's only $1.25!😁 They have the extra creamy and I just picked up 3 so I would have plenty on hand.👍 This item is at HEB for $1.88.(unless it's gone up again) Dollar Tree is a great place to get it and keep a stock in your freezer!😘 Thanks for sharing another delicious recipe!🥰
